Lo veo muy bonito, pero tengo que poner una objeción. Ese diseño en climas templados esta genial. pero en climas continentales o muy cálidos toda esa superficie acristalada se transforma en fuente de incomodidad o en un despilfarro de calefacción/aire acondicionado.

I can’t imagine the toilet isn’t going to interfere with the shower door. I’ve lived in a loft cabin and I really enjoyed the expansive feel of the living/kitchen/dining area. Very pretty home.

I really REALLY like this, but the house is in dire need of environmental controls (eg A/C, central heating & air, or casettes), a water heater, a main breaker, and power/gas meters and audit boxes (or decorative panels concealing the meters and audit boxes and their above ground connections).
Hi Angelsilhouette! This is just a concept idea. Everything you mention is not relevant at this stage.
PS: The electrical panel is intentionally visible due to the industrial look.

I’m not necessarily huge fan of the look of the building. I did like the arial view through the upstairs window. I also liked the classic look of the interior. It had that garage or fire station conversion feel to it. a loft I like the addition of the two street lamp post out back with the park bench too. I think I could use a sign of some sort right above the park bench though. It looks like it could use a retractable awning above the backyard. I like the tree at the top of the stairs I also like the three skylights in the upstairs bathroom I like the spacing on them too

The idea of the sign is awesome, I love incorporating elements of the street as decoration. The retractable awning is also a great idea, it would be very useful!

Precioso el diseño definitivamente, entiendo el concepto; pero como se podría jugar con esa misma área para insertar una habitación pequeña para un huésped.

Ótimo projeto, bem funcional. Única modificação que eu faria no piso superior era colocar uma passarela ao lado da escada ligando o quarto à aquele lugar do jardim suspenso transformando esse espaço em um closet.

A neat design for a loft might be to try a modern-ish Japanese house with BauHaus-esk shoji sliding doors.
The doors could have squares that are (glossy, Crinkled , metallic) Bonze - Brass metal panels on the ground floor garage, and (magenta, blue, purple) Translucent Iridescent Glass panels on the second floor windows. Maybe I a vertical row above the entry way.
That could really pop in the orange glow of the morning sun.

Entiendo que para ti no tenga sentido el escritorio en la planta superior, cada uno tiene necesidades diferentes y en tu caso quizas esta no seria la mejor opcion

Super precioso un sueño!! Yo quiero un diseño similar pero con dos dormitorios es decir un loft pero con 2 dormitorios por que somos familia de 3 tengo un niño pequeño de 6. Sería mi sueño ya q tengo un lote de 6 de frente x 15 de fondo frente a un parque en rotonda y me encantaria aprovechar el frente y me gustaria el ladrillo en tonos grisaseos. Good concept in general however it has a big flaw, the upstairs bathroom is very exposed, its interior is visible from the street, zero privacy.

@@ModernARQ Exactly, that's what I thought afterwards, the use of frosted glass, so after all it's not a big deal but a minor issue that can be easily solved.
@@adolfomalave1938 There is no right or wrong, it's just a matter of personal preference. Some people prefer something open with a lot of connection to the outside, and others are more introspective and prefer to close inward.
In general, those who like lofts prefer to open up and have a space without restrictions.

@@ModernARQ No es q este fea..le haria unos cambios, falta una buena mesa rústica con sillas y algunos detalles mas para hacerla mas acogedora.La salamandra muy cerca del tv no recomiendo levanta muchisima temperatura podria dañarlo. Pero el arq. Eres tu. Tus proyectos son muy buenos algunos de ellos son perfectos.
