The board voted on making 2 signatures required for each check... Clerk Keys and Mugshot Mayor. Mugshot Mayor then took the clerk's signature stamp and was forging her signature on the checks. Then she REMOVED Clerk Keys from the account so she was the only signer. The judge ruled she had to have Clerk Keys put back on the account. Mugshot Mayor is now claiming the Trustees removed her from the account and she was illegally removed and has since appealed the ruling claiming this. Everything she did is what she claims the Trustees did. It is a stall tactic.
@MissiPality sounds like it. Good thing is the court ruling doesn't disappear because of super stupid nonsense. The board has the right to vote to remove her as a contingency if she is suspected of fraud, under investigation, or shown reckless behavior with the account, they can vote to remove her even as a precautionary measure until the investigation is concluded.
The information regarding this internal fraud is important to expose but you personally involve yourself so we end up listening to your two cents rather than the story at hand
