So here’s an idea: what about designing Primal forms of Ben’s aliens? Like an evolutionary ancestor that is more savage and powerful, but harder for Ben to control because those forms would be more controlled by their instincts. Honestly I’m kinda surprised, CN never tried something like this
Its been stated that the ultimate simulation can be run on any alien, even ultimates. It would be absolutely ridiculous but I'd love to see multilevel-ultimate aliens. How many times would it take for one to just become a god basically. Also the ultimate evolution is a million year war simulation, right? It would be cool to explore the specific circumstances that certain species might experience that lead to these specific evolutionary characteristics
It's actually worse than a million year war. Apparently it's a simulation of a 'worst case scenario' for a species. Ultimate Humungousaur said something about his mother trying to eat him before he even hatched, so it starts the moment they were born.

Ghostfreak was my favorite among these and it really does seem to evoke more Eldritch fear instead of paranormal fear. Especially if you consider that even if a new evolution function was made that didn’t create new beings in the Omnitrix, would we still get a new character in the form of an ultimate ectoneurite that forms outside of the Omnitrix?
It's actually really interesting O.R.Ash that both your Ultimate Greymatter and Ultimate Stinkfly have the features of their juvenile forms, because that is an actual phenomena in evolution! It's called neoteny. Due to a mutation a specimen of a species retains it's juvenile traits into adulthood, and it proves to be advantageous, so it lives to spread their genes to future generations. It's a feature in humans as well! Baby monkeys have much weaker jaws and much bigger brainboxes, and it's theorized that the reason humans have bigger brains and smaller jaws, is because millions of years ago our ape ancestor retained these traits into adulthood, and it worked out for him. And thanks to that our later ancestors could develop a better intelligence. Another animal that is an example of neoteny is the dodo. You may know that dodos actually evolved from pidgeons. If you take a look at a baby pidgeon, you'll see clear similarities with the dodo. Baby pidgeons can't fly, something the dodo didn't need, so it was a waste of energy, but they had proportionally bigger beaks, something that was useful to the dodo, because it's diet was made of fruit and roots and nuts, some of them can have a hard shell.
16:04 My solution is to have Ultimate Ghostfreak’s atoms/molecules to constantly vibrate like Flash & Kid Flash does to shift and phase through solid matter. This allows Ultimate Ghostfreak to retain that ability while creating a somewhat sensical trade-off: When molecules move fast enough, the kinetic energy gives off heat energy. Science dictates that heat energy only goes to areas with less heat. Therefore, if Ultimate Ghostfreak is always giving off heat due to its constant molecule-vibrating, it would no longer be affected by outside heat sources. Conceptually speaking as well, losing the ability to go invisible for becoming immune to the base form’s heat weakness means that an Ultimate Ectoneurite would be free to roam about at all times. In dark places, being invisible is a plus when people try to see using weak light sources. Removing the concern for any need to hide from strong heat/light sources changes Ghostfreak’s attitude to become more aggressive in its Ultimate form.
You and they forgot that ghostfreak is not affected by the sunlight if he has his cape on him, the first episode when he appears (when they visit max sister) he is going around and nothing happen, is when they took out that cape, that the sun burns him
I actually think the Gunktank design for Ultimate Stinkfly tells an interesting story; that his species has adapted to build fortifications to protect themselves on demand.
Gunktank could live in a Beehive type society if they were an actual species Or perhaps that’s what the simulation is like Personally i feel like he should have had a stinger to give him more offensive power Unless he sprays acid or something
See, I'd consider Malware to be an ultimate galvanic mechamorph. He did what the Ultimatrix was designed to do: Run a simulation to see what traits could be kept, which could be added and which could be discarded in order to eliminate all other Mechamorph, except he did it for real. As such, my idea for 'Ultimate Upgrade' is "I don't upgrade others, they upgrade me." So, give him the ability to take tech, old and new, and augment it to perform better. Take a sword, turn it into a lightsaber. Take a pistol, make a railgun. Take a plane, helicopter or even a shuttle, turn it into a vessel to travel across cosmos, but only keep it reserved for the Trix-user, inseparable and impermeable from outside forces, but also allow the body to morph and shift
I would have reconsider that Upgrade's ultimate form could have been like Malware, but I guess not. Plus, Malware was a really good enemy back then in Omniverse, too bad he won't return.
I feel that a good power to give Ultimate GhostFreak is Umbrakinesis, so that he could control shadows, basically increasing the scope of how much of the environment he can move about in. Maybe even make it so the shadows act similar to the Vashtna Nerada from Doctor Who where anyone caught in the shadows could be harmed.
It be even funnier if this version of ghost freak whilst still sentient actually likes Ben and so stays with him and fights the original ghost freak a lot
I love that you turn aliens that are hardly used into genuinely interesting concepts, although to be fair, ben would probably still use four arms. My biggest problem with ben 10 is that they never let him utilize his weaker (physically) aliens that have so many cool abilities because they just go for the good ol "Yeah his power is he hits good"
And OV has the reverse problem IMO, they placed too much emphasis on the aliens with strange abilities (especially the ones introduced in OV or late UAF) when "strong" or "fast" really was the best answer. Or just ignoring the existence of Jetray.

Feedback on the bioluminescence: He could also have red light, which is something some deepsea fish uses to see without alerting their prey. This is due to most deepsea fish not being able to see red light since almost none makes it Down there.
1. Holy crap i dont want this series to end 2. Is it just me or does the 1st Ult. Stinkfly look like Big Chill's natural predator (Forgot its name) 3. I love Ult. Upgrade (Partly because Upgrade is one of, if not my favorite aliens) and honestly if i were to imagine an Ult. Upgrade i would just make them Malware 4. I loved the design for the Ult. Ghostfreak (Fellow contender for favorite alien) that was unfinished but colored. That dude looks like he'd be Ze Scare's right hand man honestly. The finale one was a way better Ult. though and i loved the concepts you incorporated with it

The thing is, Ben has used his Ghostfreak transformation multiple times during the day without issue. While in his OV appearance there was cloud cover, in OS he fought Craab in broad daylight with no issue. I always thought that the sun weakness only affected zs'skayr specifically, since he was "incomplete" without Ben
Fair, but thats not exactly correct Ectonurites have a layer of skin over their bodies, which gives them protection from sunlight (which is what we see Ghostfreak mostly with) While Z'Skayr tears that layer off, and presumably the skin limits some of their ghostly abilities, as Z'Skayr has shown capabilities that Ghostfreak hasn't.
I really like how Ultimate Upgrade ended up looking like the Machine God suit that Azmuth wore, and that ended up being his nickname... also Ghostfreak having 13 previous iterations is a weird coincidence
to be fair. Chromastone is an evolved crystalsapien as far as i understand. *BUT* the ultimates aren't just evolved. they are specifically evolved over generations of continuous apocalyptic war (an ultimate human might resemble something like the hulk or super mutants. or if it was space warfare might resemble little grey men or. might even have gone full enviro-suit monstrous) so i agree that chromastone should be its own thing as it isn't really an ultimate. all ultimates are evolved aliens but not every evolved alien is an ultimate. that's my take on it at the least.
An ultimate human could be the Hulk. The angrier they get, the stronger they become but they also become less rational. At full strength they could rip a planet in two but they also might try to murder their allies.
I could definitely see an ultimate form of Diamondhead having abilities similar to the video game character "Knack" being able to absorb chrystals/rocks into himself, at some point just being a giant mountain of different gems and rock formations in a kaiju fight, the trade-off being that he isn't as durable so he depends more on his mass for protection than the durability of his body
Crocjaws feels more inline with an ultimate. RGB-jaws fits the physique more, and that can change with ultimates (Echo Echo and Spider-Monkey) so long as the core feature is what gets enhanced. However, we also have purpose-built ones which retain the physique while being made to offer entirely new features. I feel like Stink Bomb fits works better not just because Gunk Tank is a mass of goo, but because of how it evolves every feature the bug into a new more efficient bug, the most efficient bug at that.
Honestly, i can totally see gunk tank being a variant of stinkyfly, like how ants have different versions of their species, like soldier ants, worker ants, etc. For gunk tank, they could easily be a soldier variant for the species
It's been 2 months, and my curiosity keeps growing on what the ultimate forms of the rest of classic aliens would look like: Upchuck, Benwolf/Blitzwolfer, Benmummy/Snare-oh, BenVictor/Frankenstrike, Wildvine, Ditto, Eyeguy, and maybe redesigning Way Big.
@@elwafflejr3856 i'd imagine that Spiter would now become larger and more dinosaur like, he's lose his ability to generate high pressure acid, but he would naturally generate it on his skin, i'd also think that he would either have toxic quills or he'd have the ability to generate water balloon like objects which explode with acid when even the slightest bit of pressure is put on them
@@elwafflejr3856 and i'd imagine that buzz shock would build up energy inside of him until he gets to the point where he explodes into countless metal shards that are supercharged with electricity, he would also be able to pull himself back together magnetically, but after he uses this ability, he would lose the energy that he built up and he won't be able to deliver strong electric blasts
I like the multiple concepts, and when you remember how the Ultimatrix's evolution function works, it makes sense that there are multiple variations if you assume that these aliens are at war with themselves for thousands of years. Some aliens would try new ways to one up their enemies and eventually their bodies would change help with this, like with Ultimate Grey Matter. Both sides would choose to upgrade themselves with tech, but would go about it in different directions. Or with Cerebral Crustaceans, one side would focus on overpowering the other with more firepower, while said other side would focus on being more crafty in their warfare. But that's just *my* thoughts. I also thought of an interesting scenario where Dr. Psychobos turns himself into an Ultimate Cerebral Crustacean for some reason (but that might be unlikely) and Ben combats this by evolving into Ultimate Brainstorm (impossible, I know), but here's the kicker, while Ben evolves into the version with electromagnetic appendages, Psychobos evolves into the version with the railgun claw and when he realizes after a few claw blasts, he starts having an existential crisis now that he's not as smart as he used to be (not saying much in my opinion).
Ben vs Albedo, then they both go into the same Ultimate Alien, but they're different due to the circumstances of those Alien's evolutions. That could start something *huge* in Ben 10 lore.
@Wayne Midnight Instead of fighting him, I imagine Albedo would use the heightened intelligence of his Ultimate Galvan form to build something dangerous that is so advanced, it protects itself from anything like Galvanic Mechamorphs or Planchaküles. So Ben decides that if an Ultimate Grey Matter was what built it, then only an Ultimate Greymatter can unbuild it.

This really awesome it’s my first vid watching you make these designs and I really love your thought process making these drawings. Makes me really inspired by it.
I absolutely ADORE the idea that Ultimate Diamondhead instead of going the route of more muscles, more energy, more size, he instead goes an interesting direction and becomes more assassin like. Like a ninja. Where instead of showcases of overwhelming muscles, he uses trickery to make the best opportunity to deal one quick and precise killing blow. Using invisibility, illusions, possibly even using a flashbang as the stand in for the smokebomb to blind and confuse targets. So that he can stab them in the back with possibly sharper crystals. I can imagine another upside to it is having sharper crystals where a bladed punch can puncture solid steel and concrete like they were paper. Tho the downside is less size, less strength, and probably more fragile. He doesn't want to be hit much. But like the rogue in DnD, he can sneak about and really hit you hard.
Opinion time. Ripjaws 1: Honestly, I really like the idea. It plays up the fact that Ripjaws is amphibious and gives him a lot more to work with than sharp teeth and claws. Ripjaws 2: I want to like it. I really do. I can't help but get hung up on the fact that he is aquatic only. But then again, Ben lacks aquatic aliens. I am torn on that. The whole schooling aspect is interesting, but I feel it could go further. Like, instead of lure-fish. I am thinking paranas. Even then....it feels like there should be something more. Stinkfly 1: Losing the stinger and shrinking the legs are bad moves. Unless that mucus can melt the target into a slurry, what is Stinkfly going to do for food? Just crawl up to it on the tiny useless legs and eat the creature alive? I guess that could work..kinda. It just feels like too much of a trade off to be an overgrown flying larva. Stinkfly 2: I was apprehensive...but the dragonfly aspect got me hooked. Plus, explosive goo. Nice touch. Stinkfly goo has been used to spark fires and put them out so it could go either way. Diamondhead: I kinda agree on the whole Chromastone-Diamondhead aspect. But this Ult is pretty cool. Especially if he doesn't lose his ability to generate more crystals for structure and firepower. Upgrade: I get that giving Ults to freeform aliens is super challenging. It's certainly not bad. Completely losing the eye laser doesn't sit well with me. Now, if he could only do it from the remote posessed machines, that would be a different matter. Roundabout, but still there. I do like the density shifting and teleport abilities. Ghostfreak: Honestly, I like it. The permanent intangebility is an interesting double edge sword. He can't physically interact with anything, but nothing can physically attack him either. You even enhanced his telekinesis to make up for the lack of physicality. And I kinda like the electric jolt. The possession aspect truly rounds out his subtly terrifying Ult. And sun immunity, cherry on top.
I think it would be cool to see some of the villains get an ultimate form, the one im most wanting to see is either an ultimate Kevin 11, or ultimate Vilgax.
The Ghostfreak one was a clever idea. I also liked the Upgrade one a lot too. Honestly, I wouldn't have defaulted to controlling organic matter myself, I would have probably gone the same direction as you.
I thought of just trading off his technology-based abilities all together and replacing it with the ability to adapt to various environments and situations.
theres a LOT that i like here, I like how the design of ultimate ghostfreak also calls to mind some 'lovecraftian' other dimensional entities, taking control of other beings but being incapable of interacting with the world without the use of their Slaves/Followers

I know Stinkfly had been redesigned but I was dying to point out how Terrifying a Xenomorph-like variant of Ultimate Stinkfly. Instead of a viscous slime it shoots out acid like a xenomorph. The trade off is the removal of the wings and 360 vision for armor and more powerful physical attacks from the arms and razor sharp tail coated in acid.
I mean depends on each alien. Cannonbolt felt particularly lazy, but ultimate swampfire and humongosaur were awesome. Going from flamethrower plant to explosive napalm plant, and straight up bio-cannons on humongosaur.
@@Timeward76 Humongosaur is a bit strange to me, because, well, rockets. Swampfire and Echo Echo are cool, Ultimate Big Chill has nice design and Ultimate Way Big just touches my kaiju-and-tokusatsu-loving heart, but others are just lazy. Also Ultimate Gravattack is fine
The only problem I have is with ultimate ghostfreak being immune to sunlight, as that is a power he should already have with the omnitrix, hence the whole reason Z'skayr wanted to fuse with ben in his first episode. Other than that, this is a great episode!
This got me thinking, and though not a solution, I thought of a way to flavor it. Ultimate Ghostfreak retains its density manipulation, the drawback he forcibly becomes intangible in exposed sunlight, forcing telekinesis use. So rather being weakness to cover up, it is now a draw back for the new snakes and telekinesis stuff. Obviously not perfect but can be flavored that way.
My idea of an Ultimate Stinkfly was somewhat similar to the ones here. His whole body becomes a hard carapace. He loses his arms and legs, I thought he could even have a pattern that looks like his arms and legs had folded into him to make the carapace. His eye stalks become 2 large compound eyes like a regular bug. His wings get bigger and become 2 sets. He’s basically stuck being airborne and doesn’t have the same range of sight now. In exchange he gains a neigh impenetrable hide, able to take harder hits. He can shoot acidic goo from his mouth but the main attraction is his tail. It becomes enormous and looks like those mutant Stinkflys Animo made in the “Divided We Stand.” The tail is now a full fledged stinger able to pierce almost everything. I thought maybe the stinger could shoot out and release stink bombs or even have a kind of harpoon ability. Like shoot and retract bringing “prey” to be melted done by goop. But idk if that would be too OP.
While I love both Ultimate Ripjaws here, I wouldve went more with an Electric Eel/Hagfish direction. Give him a strong serpentine frame so he can still slither on land, but is significantly slower (the lack of legs being the drawback). The slime membrane he could produce would keep his gills wet enough to survive in Air indefinitely. Depending on what form of slime he chooses to produce, he could be so slippery that he'd be impossible to trap, or make his tail sticky enough to grab enemies. And of course have Electric powers on top of all that.
Jesus Christ man!!! Oh god i've gone trough a blast here. Ben 10 is my favorite show/hero of all time and seeing you giving ultimate forms for the classic aliens is absolutley crazy! All desings are undoubtedly god tier, unbellivable job man!
personally I think keeping some form of offensive ability for the fish in the second ultimate Ripjaws form would work better for a hypothetical show in which it existed. The tradeoffs it has are pretty massive in terms of use so in my mind having him be close to an "I win" button for aquatic environments would make sense rather than being an ambush bruiser. Or maybe increase the use of the luminescence further by having the main body emit a passive darkness field that only the fish or other very intense light can be seen in to further confuse and disorient combatants.
While I never particularly liked the idea of ultimate forms, I thought it was just a cheap excuse to sell more toys and clashed with the idea of the omnitrix being a tool for studying different life forms as apposed to a weapon, I like your designs and wanted to give you props for giving them all weaknesses and trying to balance them out a little. your art brings to mind some pieces I saw on deviant art years ago of possible Ben 10 aliens. I copied all of my favorites into a sketch book I had and tried to come up with bio's for them. Thanks for the nostalgia as well! "Clashing with the Idea of the Omnitrix not being a weapon" Why would that be a problem, considering those were created by Albedo? That actually adds on to why he was deemed unworthy of the Omnitrix. It's totally fitting for the Galvan stuck as a twisted version of Ben to use a twisted version of the Omnitrix that goes against its purpose.
The coolest part of the second stink fly concept is that it feels like something that would evolve to survive Buglizard on their homeworld and even overpower it. Kind of like a tarantula hawk taking down a tarantula….but with massive internal explosions.

Legionjaw if the extra fish could still attack or in this case "Skelejaws" U.Stinkfly 1/ Gunktank: actually made me chuckle when you said it was the size of a minivan cause now I could just imagine Ben using that sorta weight and body slamming a smaller enemy U.Stinkfly 2: Stinkbomb: I do like the idea of the stinger injecting the explosive gunk, basically turning things into a walking bomb Side-Tangent: I've made a theory that the reason why there are 2 different version of Stinkfly is something similar to Upchuck with his 2 "variations" and NRG being technically 1 half of a species due to him species namesake being Prypiatosian-B. We know that Stinkfly's main gimmick is his smell so it's possible his home planet has more of a methane or "stink" like flora, so It's possible that the Reboot's version of Stinkfly is a more "Speed-based" one due to it's lack of offensive options due to them slying higher than the stink where the ones below took more akin to it Side-tangent over U.Diamondhead/Ningem: it works, he could also make crystal shuriken's to match with his new theme, granted he probably wouldn't be able to do much against guys that can absorb light U.Upgrade/ Machine God: It's alright, the only thing though it that it's situational. Yes it would be VERY powerful when used on the right tech like Animo's evolutionary technology or the old "Forever King" armor, but on more prepared guys like Vilgax or say Maltruant, it would be pretty ineffective without other offensive options nearby. Now if it was more like say Malware, THAN you got something U.Ghostfreak/ Boltergiest: it's not bad, good concept and everything buuuuuuuuut the whole "interfering with electronics" and "Snek-possession" are a bit disconnected, buuuuut it looks likesomething out of beetlejuice. Now I got my own idea for a Ultimate Ghostfreak based off one of the drafts I saw Kuro put up, the one in the bottom right corner at 15:13 in the video that I like to call "Phobia-freak" In exchange for loosing the ability to possess people and Intangibility, he gains sun immunity as well as the ability to look into a person or being's mind to find out their fear before twisting it to it's absolute limit before using that fear energy to increase the range of his "fear-aura". Think of it like a evolved form of how Ben scared Zombozo in the original series
I think for Halloween it’d be really cool to see ultimates of the Halloween trio (Blitzwolfer, Snare-oh, and Frankenstrike). I love these guys a lot, and it sucks that these really cool aliens get barely any screen time Another cool thing to see is a re-design for Ultimate Way-Big, along with ultimate designs for the other aliens that Ben unlocked during the Classic series, like Wildvine, Ditto, and Eye Guy
I love the Ghost freak ultimate, my only problem with it is getting rid of his main powers to make him immune to sunlight. All you really need to do is make him able to change his state of matter
In an actual "worst case scenerio", with a war between the ectoneurites, being immune to the sun kinda loses it for me. As in, whichever ectoneurite evolved that way was because they're probs secluding themselves and getting away from the rest of their race. In essence, they are more willing to bask in the sun (literal suicide) than fight for their lives. Its still a nice lookin ultimate, though Edit: I JUST THOUGHT OF THE MOST WHOLESOME/SAD POWER FOR ULTIMATE GHOST FREAK. So, as I theorized, the ectoneurites would rather commit Seppoku than fighting, yeah? Out of their sheer will to survive in a "hostile" envirement than fight amongst each other, aside from roaming in the sun, every fiber of Ultimate Ghost Freak is filled with the sheer will to "live". Their personality changes drastically into empathy and are capable of bringing back the dead (freshly dead)/ life threating healing capabilities, using the will of said injured organism (Green lantern but backwards). If the will of said injured organism is strong enough, Ultimate Ghost Freak can use it's own will to resonate with the organism in question and "take" their injuries/remainder of life essence into itself, transforming the subject into an ectoneurite temporarily and saving it (because of an ectoneurite's regen). Process speed dependant on how badly the subject wants to live

I'm not sure if you read these, but I have a recommendation for you! So you know the "useless" aliens? Like Molestache, Wurst, Walkatrout, etc. It could be a good idea to make ultimates of those, considering there kinda like blank slates. Walkatrout evolving in a warzone could allow it to be some sort of swordfish alien that's able to walk on land! Just a recommendation If someone sees this and also sees the reply I made, I'm having it out as a message so it can also be seen by people just scrolling through
I thought of an alternative Ultimate Diamondhead. Essentially he would be made out of a ton of small crystal shards that he can manipulate and scatter (Sort of like Sandman but made of crystal shards). He would have a rock base but his arms head and legs would be crystals he can send at enemies, create crystal weapons and sorta fly/move around. Drawback would be he is not as durable, if you hit him hard enough he will shatter but he can reform.
You know, Diamond head is one of those characters I just find hard to improve, so I'm glad you were able to come up with something. And if I have to take a favorite it has to be ultimate ripjaws, the idea of an extendable jaw with pufferfish skin and a body black like the abyss is just gorgeous.
I adore this series so much! It's always fun to see hypothetical Ultimate designs. I especially love the Ultimate Ghostfreak (I can imagine the transformation would parallels the original Z'skayr transformation where Ghostfreak rips its skin off revealing the Ultimate form underneath)
Going through 13 iterations for Ultimate Ghostfreak honestly feels fitting. That Hollow Knight inspiration is nice to see too. HK was such a fun game with great character designs, and that latter statement goes for Ben 10 (and this video) as well. (Though Protector of Earth was lit)
For a Ripjaws concept I always thought a design that was a constrictor snake-like alien would make sense. He could trap the enemy and then bite down on it with his jaws. The first design really works for such an idea with the big tail so that's pretty cool. Also, for diamondhead, i don't think invisibility really lines up with his character BUT another light-based ability that does make sense would be a flashbang! The cool thing about him being able to direct light as a flashbang is that it's a distraction as well which still fits with the ninja-aesthetic. As for gGhostfreak, I personally would've given him the ability to manipulate his body into weapons like Carnage (from marvel) does.
But ripjaws is a fish, not reptilian I would have done something with the possession like ultimate ghostfreak can remote control his victims but also gain their powers while they're possessed. Like if part of him was possessing a person with electric powers, he'd temporarily be given those powers too but darker, like purple lightning
I have ideas for Ultimate forms for a few of Ben's aliens, including ones that you’ve already talked about (note: I don't actually have full designs for all of them) 1: Ultimate Stinkfly I don't actually have an idea of what this form could look like, because this was the last one I came up with and it was very recent, so of course this idea is the weakest one as of right now, but I did have the idea of the slime that he shoots now being able to turn acidic, we know from Kevin 11 that it was already flammable when he combined it with Heatblast fireballs, I also took a little bit of inspiration from the reboot version of Stinkfly and had it so that his eyes are fixed to his head, but he still has 4 eyes and the are much bigger that they normally were and they are positioned on the front and back of his head, now he doesn't have to move his eyes anymore to see what's behind him, cause he now has eyes fixed to the back of his head, permanently watching his back, the drawback is that now he cant shoot slime from his eyes anymore, only from his mouth 2: Ultimate Nanomech So for this one, I had the idea that instead of being a living computer chip, Nanomech becomes a living computer virus, or that he could become smaller instead of bigger, or even have him become the hive and/or hive mind and essentially become more than one being, this one was a bit of a weird one to think of ideas for but I thought that if Elana could do similar stuff, then so could an Ultimate Nanochip 3: Ultimate Heatblast This was the first design I thought of, which is fitting as Heatblast was the first Alien Ben turned into, basically my idea for Ultimate Heatblast has him as a walking Volcano, picture OG Heatblast in your head, now replace the Fire with Lava, the heatproof rocks that form his body are much darker in colour, and are much thicker and more compact together to keep the lava in his body, with only small leaks from each of his joints, his overall stature is much bulkier, his hands are now made of rocks, and the top of his head is smoking like the mouth of an active Volcano would, he cans now shoot lava instead of fire and can even shoot eruptions from his hands, mouth, and the top of his head, and when he gets mad, he redirects the flow of magma into his chest until it builds up to the point that it explodes from his body (I based this ability off of Mount St. Helens, the real life Volcano that erupted from its side instead of out of the top) 4: Ultimate Gutrot Gutrot is already pretty op cause he can literally dispense any gas you can think of to cause all sorts of effects, hallucinations, memory loss, choking, suffocation, laughing, eyes watering, you name it, but at the end of the day it's still just gas, and can be easily countered if he's facing someone that has wind powers like Terraspin, so what if he had the entire periodic table at his disposal? Solid, Liquid, and Gas? So for this to work he'd need to be made of some tough stuff that doesn't react to or get affected by any of the chemicals and materials he's packing, so I essentially turned him into a living forge inside an upgraded chemical laboratory 5: Ultimate Clockwork Being able to control time is already broken as F**K right? He can age things into dust, rewind time in an area to see things that happened previously, and slow down time to make himself look like he's moving super fast, so I basically had this idea where he becomes immune to time altering effects and is essentially a living paradox, with this in mind, whenever he's in a fight, he can look into the future of the fight to see what will happen, so that he can follow the actions required for him to achieve the best possible outcome, the drawback is that he can no longer look into the past as he is now looking forwards in time, not backwards, he can also activate his antenna at the start of a fight, and then later on in the fight, he can de activate it and summon an army of himself from every second that his antenna has been active for 6: Ultimate Bloxx Now I admit, the idea that an Alien life form could take the form of a shapeshifting Gorilla made of Lego is a pretty weird idea, it's practical because he can get creative with his shapeshifting abilities just like children do with Lego (also because if you've ever stepped on Lego before, you know that Sh*t hurts, so imagine getting punched by a Gorilla made of Lego), but then I realised that he's made of a Child's product, so what if he was made of an Adult's product, so I replaced Lego Bricks with Actual Bricks, like hardened clay bricks that you use to build houses with, but then I realised that now that he's made of actual bricks, he's going to be a lot heavier, and he's probably going to have a hard time keeping his arms from falling off of his body due to how heavy they are now, so I decided to give him a metal frame and scaffolding all over his body to hold him together, and cement in between the bricks to help keep them secure, the drawback of this is that he can't really shapeshifter anymore, but he does have re-enforced armoured plating that has a couple of gimmicks of its own, allowing him to essentially become a living fortress of doom, with cannons to replace his lego gun arms, he was once a child's toy, but now, fighting Ultimate Bloxx is the equivalent of fighting a wall, that hits back 7: Ultimate Alien X Yup, I even thought of a design for Alien X, so picture our all-powerful God Alien with his colours reversed, so instead of being Black with White stars, he's now White with Black stars, give him a bigger head crest with more spikes to give him a more etherial appearance, and maybe give him some kind of clothing that is made out of the Fabric of the Universe, I got an idea from the last Ultimate Alien design video that you did where Ultimate Alien X is now essentially a living conscious thought that can't be touched, and the multiverse is his imagination that he can remake anyway he wants, he can merge universes together if he wants and if the Celestialsapien council try to intervene, he can even just will them away, that's right he can even control other Celestialsapiens and force them to agree with him, the drawback would most definitely be a loss of stability, he's now hardened from years of battle, and it has caused him to become so powerful, that one wrong move could be the end of everything 8: Ultimate Four Arms So I noticed recently that Tetramands tend to lose their arms and eyes an awful lot, Manny lost a hand when he was in the Null Void, there was a Tetramand with a missing eye on the prison Planet in Secret of the Omnitrix, and Loomas dad lost an arm and an eye, so I had the idea that they would later be able to regenerate their lost limbs and body parts, obviously not without some form of technology that they integrate into their natural state, but I also had the idea that this technology would also make it so that when they're not fighting, it regenerates more than it needs to, so Ultimate Four Arms would not only have 4 arms, but also 4 legs to, with 4 toes on each one, the drawback is that because he's constantly regrowing his arms back, they become a lot easier to break off because they're newly grown, but they are also a lot more beefy and bulky than they normally were, which causes a lot of weight on his upper body, but that's what the 4 legs are for 9: Ultimate XLR8 I based this design somewhat off of Gogo Tomago from Big Hero 6, the balls on XLR8's feet now become discs that are magnetically suspended between two little claws, his overall stature becomes thinner and sleeker, his arms, legs and even his head become more akin to blades, and his fingers become detached from his arms and are now also magnetically suspended, they can also form discs so that he can get down on all fours and becomes a low riding speed demon, all of this makes for much less wind resistance which means he can move even faster, the drawback is that because he is now so thin, he's much easier to beat up close and personal, but he relies on moving so fast with his blades that he can cut through things faster than lightning 10: Ultimate Ripjaws First of all, just like your Ultimate Jet Ray, I imagine that Ultimate Ripjaws also experiences deep sea gigantism and becomes extremely large, and his body becomes more like an eel or a super long fish of some kind. Also in the OG series Ripjaws had teeth on the outside of his mouth and had no lips, but in Ultimate Alien, he did have lips and his teeth were inside, I imagine that Ultimate Ripjaws has teeth both inside and outside, but he has many, MANY rows of teeth going all the way down his throat, that can also rotate in different directions (I based this idea off of the Whispering Death from How To Train Your Dragon), I also had this idea that instead of arms and legs, he has fins with razor sharp spines sticking out of them, and also from his tail. And if any predators try to take a bite out of him, he can impale them with these spines, and using the same power he uses to light up his antenna, he can electrocute the predators through these spines, basically Ripjaws is now the universes ultimate predator of the deep 11: Ultimate Chamalien Whenever I look at Chamalien's three different coloured eyes, I always think of the primary colours of light, for anyone who doesn't know if you zoom into a TV screen really closely you will see strips of blue, green and red that make up different colours on the widescreen, so whenever you see white on your computer screen, it's actually blue, green and red lights real close together, so I wonder what would happen to his eyesight if those three eyes of his were to merge into one, I don't really have an Ultimate concept design for this alien, I'm just sharing ideas at this point I also sort of made up an alien that Ben could turn into named Jinx, who is an Anodite like Gwen, Sunny and Verdona

Cuz i had the idea of him having normal blue flames because blue fire ia stronger but we've seen that with ultimate swampfire so yeah. A volcano alien is interesting af.. Especially that you made him a special move which is like an eruption where he gatheres lava inside and charges an attack of a lava explosion kinda from his body or mouth or head. Hands one seems too goos. So no hands. Maybe also he can turn rock to lava. Thats fire.. I also likethat you said his Rocky body is blackish instead of red. Cuz that reminded me of the 10k ben episode where Kevin's transformation had a heatblast with dark rocks. Very nice. Interesting af. I would love it. Your ultimate fourarms is interesting. But idk.. Doesn't seek like an ultimate. More like a mutation. A bad one... He wouldn't be more useful that the normal form.. Anyway. Mine would be like youpi from hxh.. He can heal limbs but instead of instantly, he does it but it takes around 10 to 20 seconds depending on which part. His body is more slender and flexible so he is not as strong but still around swampfire strong. And swamp fire is STRONG... or nvm. Swampfire is too strong.. Maybe... Hmmm.. Idk tbh.. Diamondhead punch strong?? Yeah. But fast kinda. Not fast fast. But faster than normal form and he has beefy legs kinda so every time he loses a limb or so. He jumps super high to heal and comes back. Like hulk leaps, get it? But like, the legs aren't too beefy. Maybe normal fourarms legs but since his upper body is more slender only his legs stay the same size. He still has 4 arms tho. Or two. Big ones but when he needs 4.he can just split his into 4 thinner arms. Thats interesting.. 2 arms as big as 2 fourarms arms and when split. They get half as strong, double as fast. That mine ig
I feel like It’d be fun if Ultimate Upgrade could also alter the state of machines he possesses. So this could also act as object storage. He pulls up as a ball of goop and then becomes a car that he had liquified. Maybe you could then give him the ability to posses multiple objects as once, so he could swap them out or fuse them together by altering their molecular structure. Caveat would be that once you’ve altered a machine, it won’t automatically return to normal. So Ben would have to actively repair any tech he possessed, or just leave malformed vehicles everywhere.
Honestly, this time I like all of the designs. They were all creative but not too divergent from the original forms. And you put good drawbacks to them.
Love this series so much! The one question I have is will you do the other aliens from the original series, alien force/ultimate alien, and the Andromeda aliens? I would love to see concepts for ultimate wildvine, ultimate ditto, ultimate Snare-oh, and ultimate water hazard or NRG.

It would be really interesting to see alternative ultimate forms that are essentially branches in the evolutionary chain. For instance, Ult. Humungousaur gains extra armor and missle launchers in exchange for his size-altering ability, right? Well, what if it could go the other way around, expanding his growing power even further while sacrificing his armor plating? Just a thought.

How many times would it take for one to just become a god basically. Also the ultimate evolution is a million year war simulation, right? It would be cool to explore the specific circumstances that certain species might experience that lead to these specific evolutionary characteristics

It's actually really interesting O.R.Ash that both your Ultimate Greymatter and Ultimate Stinkfly have the features of their juvenile forms, because that is an actual phenomena in evolution! It's called neoteny. Due to a mutation a specimen of a species retains it's juvenile traits into adulthood, and it proves to be advantageous, so it lives to spread their genes to future generations.
It's a feature in humans as well! Baby monkeys have much weaker jaws and much bigger brainboxes, and it's theorized that the reason humans have bigger brains and smaller jaws, is because millions of years ago our ape ancestor retained these traits into adulthood, and it worked out for him. And thanks to that our later ancestors could develop a better intelligence.
Another animal that is an example of neoteny is the dodo. You may know that dodos actually evolved from pidgeons. If you take a look at a baby pidgeon, you'll see clear similarities with the dodo. Baby pidgeons can't fly, something the dodo didn't need, so it was a waste of energy, but they had proportionally bigger beaks, something that was useful to the dodo, because it's diet was made of fruit and roots and nuts, some of them can have a hard shell.

16:04 My solution is to have Ultimate Ghostfreak’s atoms/molecules to constantly vibrate like Flash & Kid Flash does to shift and phase through solid matter. This allows Ultimate Ghostfreak to retain that ability while creating a somewhat sensical trade-off:
When molecules move fast enough, the kinetic energy gives off heat energy. Science dictates that heat energy only goes to areas with less heat. Therefore, if Ultimate Ghostfreak is always giving off heat due to its constant molecule-vibrating, it would no longer be affected by outside heat sources.
Conceptually speaking as well, losing the ability to go invisible for becoming immune to the base form’s heat weakness means that an Ultimate Ectoneurite would be free to roam about at all times. In dark places, being invisible is a plus when people try to see using weak light sources. Removing the concern for any need to hide from strong heat/light sources changes Ghostfreak’s attitude to become more aggressive in its Ultimate form.
You and they forgot that ghostfreak is not affected by the sunlight if he has his cape on him, the first episode when he appears (when they visit max sister) he is going around and nothing happen, is when they took out that cape, that the sun burns him
He could also give him like a nightmare inducing ability, like Pennywise has. Where he shifts forms or makes illusions of people's worst fear

See, I'd consider Malware to be an ultimate galvanic mechamorph. He did what the Ultimatrix was designed to do: Run a simulation to see what traits could be kept, which could be added and which could be discarded in order to eliminate all other Mechamorph, except he did it for real. As such, my idea for 'Ultimate Upgrade' is "I don't upgrade others, they upgrade me." So, give him the ability to take tech, old and new, and augment it to perform better. Take a sword, turn it into a lightsaber. Take a pistol, make a railgun. Take a plane, helicopter or even a shuttle, turn it into a vessel to travel across cosmos, but only keep it reserved for the Trix-user, inseparable and impermeable from outside forces, but also allow the body to morph and shift
Yeah, I also had this idea in mind that the designs of Ultimate upgrade must resemble somewhat traits Like the Malware.
Didn't someone on the Ben 10 Team say Malware was effectively what the Nemetrix would have as a predator counterpart to Upgrade.

I would have reconsider that Upgrade's ultimate form could have been like Malware, but I guess not. Plus, Malware was a really good enemy back then in Omniverse, too bad he won't return.
Very much agreed, a friend of mine had this idea as well and it just makes sense. "Consuming" technology feels more of a next step for the GM race.
I feel that a good power to give Ultimate GhostFreak is Umbrakinesis, so that he could control shadows, basically increasing the scope of how much of the environment he can move about in. Maybe even make it so the shadows act similar to the Vashtna Nerada from Doctor Who where anyone caught in the shadows could be harmed.
That could also make up for the sun weakness. Just create a shadow ball.
It be even funnier if this version of ghost freak whilst still sentient actually likes Ben and so stays with him and fights the original ghost freak a lot

I love that you turn aliens that are hardly used into genuinely interesting concepts, although to be fair, ben would probably still use four arms. My biggest problem with ben 10 is that they never let him utilize his weaker (physically) aliens that have so many cool abilities because they just go for the good ol "Yeah his power is he hits good"
And OV has the reverse problem IMO, they placed too much emphasis on the aliens with strange abilities (especially the ones introduced in OV or late UAF) when "strong" or "fast" really was the best answer. Or just ignoring the existence of Jetray.

Feedback on the bioluminescence: He could also have red light, which is something some deepsea fish uses to see without alerting their prey. This is due to most deepsea fish not being able to see red light since almost none makes it Down there.

The thing is, Ben has used his Ghostfreak transformation multiple times during the day without issue. While in his OV appearance there was cloud cover, in OS he fought Craab in broad daylight with no issue. I always thought that the sun weakness only affected zs'skayr specifically, since he was "incomplete" without Ben

Ectonurites have a layer of skin over their bodies, which gives them protection from sunlight (which is what we see Ghostfreak mostly with)

I really like how Ultimate Upgrade ended up looking like the Machine God suit that Azmuth wore, and that ended up being his nickname... also Ghostfreak having 13 previous iterations is a weird coincidence
to be fair. Chromastone is an evolved crystalsapien as far as i understand. *BUT* the ultimates aren't just evolved. they are specifically evolved over generations of continuous apocalyptic war (an ultimate human might resemble something like the hulk or super mutants. or if it was space warfare might resemble little grey men or. might even have gone full enviro-suit monstrous) so i agree that chromastone should be its own thing as it isn't really an ultimate. all ultimates are evolved aliens but not every evolved alien is an ultimate. that's my take on it at the least.
Generations of the worst case scenario
An ultimate human could be the Hulk. The angrier they get, the stronger they become but they also become less rational. At full strength they could rip a planet in two but they also might try to murder their allies.

I could definitely see an ultimate form of Diamondhead having abilities similar to the video game character "Knack" being able to absorb chrystals/rocks into himself, at some point just being a giant mountain of different gems and rock formations in a kaiju fight, the trade-off being that he isn't as durable so he depends more on his mass for protection than the durability of his body
I still prefer Ninja Diamondbolt just for the creativity of him, but I think this idea might work for an Ultimate Bloxxx

Crocjaws feels more inline with an ultimate. RGB-jaws fits the physique more, and that can change with ultimates (Echo Echo and Spider-Monkey) so long as the core feature is what gets enhanced. However, we also have purpose-built ones which retain the physique while being made to offer entirely new features. I feel like Stink Bomb fits works better not just because Gunk Tank is a mass of goo, but because of how it evolves every feature the bug into a new more efficient bug, the most efficient bug at that.
Honestly, i can totally see gunk tank being a variant of stinkyfly, like how ants have different versions of their species, like soldier ants, worker ants, etc.

I like the multiple concepts, and when you remember how the Ultimatrix's evolution function works, it makes sense that there are multiple variations if you assume that these aliens are at war with themselves for thousands of years.
Some aliens would try new ways to one up their enemies and eventually their bodies would change help with this, like with Ultimate Grey Matter. Both sides would choose to upgrade themselves with tech, but would go about it in different directions. Or with Cerebral Crustaceans, one side would focus on overpowering the other with more firepower, while said other side would focus on being more crafty in their warfare. But that's just *my* thoughts.
I also thought of an interesting scenario where Dr. Psychobos turns himself into an Ultimate Cerebral Crustacean for some reason (but that might be unlikely) and Ben combats this by evolving into Ultimate Brainstorm (impossible, I know), but here's the kicker, while Ben evolves into the version with electromagnetic appendages, Psychobos evolves into the version with the railgun claw and when he realizes after a few claw blasts, he starts having an existential crisis now that he's not as smart as he used to be (not saying much in my opinion).

@Wayne Midnight Instead of fighting him, I imagine Albedo would use the heightened intelligence of his Ultimate Galvan form to build something dangerous that is so advanced, it protects itself from anything like Galvanic Mechamorphs or Planchaküles. So Ben decides that if an Ultimate Grey Matter was what built it, then only an Ultimate Greymatter can unbuild it.

This really awesome it’s my first vid watching you make these designs and I really love your thought process making these drawings. Makes me really inspired by it.
I absolutely ADORE the idea that Ultimate Diamondhead instead of going the route of more muscles, more energy, more size, he instead goes an interesting direction and becomes more assassin like. Like a ninja. Where instead of showcases of overwhelming muscles, he uses trickery to make the best opportunity to deal one quick and precise killing blow. Using invisibility, illusions, possibly even using a flashbang as the stand in for the smokebomb to blind and confuse targets. So that he can stab them in the back with possibly sharper crystals. I can imagine another upside to it is having sharper crystals where a bladed punch can puncture solid steel and concrete like they were paper. Tho the downside is less size, less strength, and probably more fragile. He doesn't want to be hit much. But like the rogue in DnD, he can sneak about and really hit you hard.

Opinion time.
Ripjaws 1: Honestly, I really like the idea. It plays up the fact that Ripjaws is amphibious and gives him a lot more to work with than sharp teeth and claws.
Ripjaws 2: I want to like it. I really do. I can't help but get hung up on the fact that he is aquatic only. But then again, Ben lacks aquatic aliens. I am torn on that. The whole schooling aspect is interesting, but I feel it could go further. Like, instead of lure-fish. I am thinking paranas. Even then....it feels like there should be something more.
Stinkfly 1: Losing the stinger and shrinking the legs are bad moves. Unless that mucus can melt the target into a slurry, what is Stinkfly going to do for food? Just crawl up to it on the tiny useless legs and eat the creature alive? I guess that could work..kinda. It just feels like too much of a trade off to be an overgrown flying larva.
Stinkfly 2: I was apprehensive...but the dragonfly aspect got me hooked. Plus, explosive goo. Nice touch. Stinkfly goo has been used to spark fires and put them out so it could go either way.
Diamondhead: I kinda agree on the whole Chromastone-Diamondhead aspect. But this Ult is pretty cool. Especially if he doesn't lose his ability to generate more crystals for structure and firepower.
Upgrade: I get that giving Ults to freeform aliens is super challenging. It's certainly not bad. Completely losing the eye laser doesn't sit well with me. Now, if he could only do it from the remote posessed machines, that would be a different matter. Roundabout, but still there. I do like the density shifting and teleport abilities.
Ghostfreak: Honestly, I like it. The permanent intangebility is an interesting double edge sword. He can't physically interact with anything, but nothing can physically attack him either. You even enhanced his telekinesis to make up for the lack of physicality. And I kinda like the electric jolt. The possession aspect truly rounds out his subtly terrifying Ult. And sun immunity, cherry on top.

I think it would be cool to see some of the villains get an ultimate form, the one im most wanting to see is either an ultimate Kevin 11, or ultimate Vilgax.

I know Stinkfly had been redesigned but I was dying to point out how Terrifying a Xenomorph-like variant of Ultimate Stinkfly. Instead of a viscous slime it shoots out acid like a xenomorph. The trade off is the removal of the wings and 360 vision for armor and more powerful physical attacks from the arms and razor sharp tail coated in acid.
Then he’d be Stink *WALK* not Stinkfly

I mean depends on each alien. Cannonbolt felt particularly lazy, but ultimate swampfire and humongosaur were awesome. Going from flamethrower plant to explosive napalm plant, and straight up bio-cannons on humongosaur.

The only problem I have is with ultimate ghostfreak being immune to sunlight, as that is a power he should already have with the omnitrix, hence the whole reason Z'skayr wanted to fuse with ben in his first episode. Other than that, this is a great episode!
This got me thinking, and though not a solution, I thought of a way to flavor it. Ultimate Ghostfreak retains its density manipulation, the drawback he forcibly becomes intangible in exposed sunlight, forcing telekinesis use. So rather being weakness to cover up, it is now a draw back for the new snakes and telekinesis stuff. Obviously not perfect but can be flavored that way.

My idea of an Ultimate Stinkfly was somewhat similar to the ones here.
His whole body becomes a hard carapace. He loses his arms and legs, I thought he could even have a pattern that looks like his arms and legs had folded into him to make the carapace.
His eye stalks become 2 large compound eyes like a regular bug. His wings get bigger and become 2 sets. He’s basically stuck being airborne and doesn’t have the same range of sight now. In exchange he gains a neigh impenetrable hide, able to take harder hits.
He can shoot acidic goo from his mouth but the main attraction is his tail. It becomes enormous and looks like those mutant Stinkflys Animo made in the “Divided We Stand.” The tail is now a full fledged stinger able to pierce almost everything.
I thought maybe the stinger could shoot out and release stink bombs or even have a kind of harpoon ability. Like shoot and retract bringing “prey” to be melted done by goop. But idk if that would be too OP.
While I love both Ultimate Ripjaws here, I wouldve went more with an Electric Eel/Hagfish direction. Give him a strong serpentine frame so he can still slither on land, but is significantly slower (the lack of legs being the drawback). The slime membrane he could produce would keep his gills wet enough to survive in Air indefinitely. Depending on what form of slime he chooses to produce, he could be so slippery that he'd be impossible to trap, or make his tail sticky enough to grab enemies. And of course have Electric powers on top of all that.
Sounds awesome man. Kinda like Zap from the skylanders game.

personally I think keeping some form of offensive ability for the fish in the second ultimate Ripjaws form would work better for a hypothetical show in which it existed. The tradeoffs it has are pretty massive in terms of use so in my mind having him be close to an "I win" button for aquatic environments would make sense rather than being an ambush bruiser. Or maybe increase the use of the luminescence further by having the main body emit a passive darkness field that only the fish or other very intense light can be seen in to further confuse and disorient combatants.

While I never particularly liked the idea of ultimate forms, I thought it was just a cheap excuse to sell more toys and clashed with the idea of the omnitrix being a tool for studying different life forms as apposed to a weapon, I like your designs and wanted to give you props for giving them all weaknesses and trying to balance them out a little.
your art brings to mind some pieces I saw on deviant art years ago of possible Ben 10 aliens. I copied all of my favorites into a sketch book I had and tried to come up with bio's for them. Thanks for the nostalgia as well!

The coolest part of the second stink fly concept is that it feels like something that would evolve to survive Buglizard on their homeworld and even overpower it. Kind of like a tarantula hawk taking down a tarantula….but with massive internal explosions.
Honestly, I was expecting you to go the "Scarecrow" route with ultimate ghost-freak. But I guess toepick has that down....

U.Ripjaws 1/ Crocjaws: this actually makes sense evolutionary wise if they needed to transverse on land. It also fits that he's slower on land due to all that extra mass
U.Ripjaws 2/ RGBjaws: thematically looks cool and I like the idea, it's almost like giving him the Anur tratment. The only real gripe I have is the name, maybe something more like........ Legionjaw if the extra fish could still attack or in this case "Skelejaws"
U.Stinkfly 1/ Gunktank: actually made me chuckle when you said it was the size of a minivan cause now I could just imagine Ben using that sorta weight and body slamming a smaller enemy
U.Stinkfly 2: Stinkbomb: I do like the idea of the stinger injecting the explosive gunk, basically turning things into a walking bomb
Side-Tangent: I've made a theory that the reason why there are 2 different version of Stinkfly is something similar to Upchuck with his 2 "variations" and NRG being technically 1 half of a species due to him species namesake being Prypiatosian-B. We know that Stinkfly's main gimmick is his smell so it's possible his home planet has more of a methane or "stink" like flora, so It's possible that the Reboot's version of Stinkfly is a more "Speed-based" one due to it's lack of offensive options due to them slying higher than the stink where the ones below took more akin to it

U.Diamondhead/Ningem: it works, he could also make crystal shuriken's to match with his new theme, granted he probably wouldn't be able to do much against guys that can absorb light
U.Upgrade/ Machine God: It's alright, the only thing though it that it's situational. Yes it would be VERY powerful when used on the right tech like Animo's evolutionary technology or the old "Forever King" armor, but on more prepared guys like Vilgax or say Maltruant, it would be pretty ineffective without other offensive options nearby. Now if it was more like say Malware, THAN you got something
U.Ghostfreak/ Boltergiest: it's not bad, good concept and everything buuuuuuuuut the whole "interfering with electronics" and "Snek-possession" are a bit disconnected, buuuuut it looks likesomething out of beetlejuice.
Now I got my own idea for a Ultimate Ghostfreak based off one of the drafts I saw Kuro put up, the one in the bottom right corner at 15:13 in the video that I like to call "Phobia-freak"
In exchange for loosing the ability to possess people and Intangibility, he gains sun immunity as well as the ability to look into a person or being's mind to find out their fear before twisting it to it's absolute limit before using that fear energy to increase the range of his "fear-aura". Think of it like a evolved form of how Ben scared Zombozo in the original series

I think for Halloween it’d be really cool to see ultimates of the Halloween trio (Blitzwolfer, Snare-oh, and Frankenstrike). I love these guys a lot, and it sucks that these really cool aliens get barely any screen time
Another cool thing to see is a re-design for Ultimate Way-Big, along with ultimate designs for the other aliens that Ben unlocked during the Classic series, like Wildvine, Ditto, and Eye Guy
I love the Ghost freak ultimate, my only problem with it is getting rid of his main powers to make him immune to sunlight. All you really need to do is make him able to change his state of matter
In an actual "worst case scenerio", with a war between the ectoneurites, being immune to the sun kinda loses it for me.
As in, whichever ectoneurite evolved that way was because they're probs secluding themselves and getting away from the rest of their race. In essence, they are more willing to bask in the sun (literal suicide) than fight for their lives.
Its still a nice lookin ultimate, though
Edit: I JUST THOUGHT OF THE MOST WHOLESOME/SAD POWER FOR ULTIMATE GHOST FREAK. So, as I theorized, the ectoneurites would rather commit Seppoku than fighting, yeah? Out of their sheer will to survive in a "hostile" envirement than fight amongst each other, aside from roaming in the sun, every fiber of Ultimate Ghost Freak is filled with the sheer will to "live". Their personality changes drastically into empathy and are capable of bringing back the dead (freshly dead)/ life threating healing capabilities, using the will of said injured organism (Green lantern but backwards).
If the will of said injured organism is strong enough, Ultimate Ghost Freak can use it's own will to resonate with the organism in question and "take" their injuries/remainder of life essence into itself, transforming the subject into an ectoneurite temporarily and saving it (because of an ectoneurite's regen).
Process speed dependant on how badly the subject wants to live

I thought of an alternative Ultimate Diamondhead. Essentially he would be made out of a ton of small crystal shards that he can manipulate and scatter (Sort of like Sandman but made of crystal shards). He would have a rock base but his arms head and legs would be crystals he can send at enemies, create crystal weapons and sorta fly/move around.
Drawback would be he is not as durable, if you hit him hard enough he will shatter but he can reform.
So is he a "perfect cell" thing?

I adore this series so much! It's always fun to see hypothetical Ultimate designs. I especially love the Ultimate Ghostfreak (I can imagine the transformation would parallels the original Z'skayr transformation where Ghostfreak rips its skin off revealing the Ultimate form underneath)

I love those conceps, but i can feel the pain of the diamond head procces... Good job man
For a Ripjaws concept I always thought a design that was a constrictor snake-like alien would make sense. He could trap the enemy and then bite down on it with his jaws. The first design really works for such an idea with the big tail so that's pretty cool. Also, for diamondhead, i don't think invisibility really lines up with his character BUT another light-based ability that does make sense would be a flashbang! The cool thing about him being able to direct light as a flashbang is that it's a distraction as well which still fits with the ninja-aesthetic. As for gGhostfreak, I personally would've given him the ability to manipulate his body into weapons like Carnage (from marvel) does.
But ripjaws is a fish, not reptilian
I would have done something with the possession like ultimate ghostfreak can remote control his victims but also gain their powers while they're possessed.
Like if part of him was possessing a person with electric powers, he'd temporarily be given those powers too but darker, like purple lightning

I don't actually have an idea of what this form could look like, because this was the last one I came up with and it was very recent, so of course this idea is the weakest one as of right now, but I did have the idea of the slime that he shoots now being able to turn acidic, we know from Kevin 11 that it was already flammable when he combined it with Heatblast fireballs, I also took a little bit of inspiration from the reboot version of Stinkfly and had it so that his eyes are fixed to his head, but he still has 4 eyes and the are much bigger that they normally were and they are positioned on the front and back of his head, now he doesn't have to move his eyes anymore to see what's behind him, cause he now has eyes fixed to the back of his head, permanently watching his back, the drawback is that now he cant shoot slime from his eyes anymore, only from his mouth
2: Ultimate Nanomech
So for this one, I had the idea that instead of being a living computer chip, Nanomech becomes a living computer virus, or that he could become smaller instead of bigger, or even have him become the hive and/or hive mind and essentially become more than one being, this one was a bit of a weird one to think of ideas for but I thought that if Elana could do similar stuff, then so could an Ultimate Nanochip
3: Ultimate Heatblast
This was the first design I thought of, which is fitting as Heatblast was the first Alien Ben turned into, basically my idea for Ultimate Heatblast has him as a walking Volcano, picture OG Heatblast in your head, now replace the Fire with Lava, the heatproof rocks that form his body are much darker in colour, and are much thicker and more compact together to keep the lava in his body, with only small leaks from each of his joints, his overall stature is much bulkier, his hands are now made of rocks, and the top of his head is smoking like the mouth of an active Volcano would, he cans now shoot lava instead of fire and can even shoot eruptions from his hands, mouth, and the top of his head, and when he gets mad, he redirects the flow of magma into his chest until it builds up to the point that it explodes from his body (I based this ability off of Mount St. Helens, the real life Volcano that erupted from its side instead of out of the top)
4: Ultimate Gutrot
Gutrot is already pretty op cause he can literally dispense any gas you can think of to cause all sorts of effects, hallucinations, memory loss, choking, suffocation, laughing, eyes watering, you name it, but at the end of the day it's still just gas, and can be easily countered if he's facing someone that has wind powers like Terraspin, so what if he had the entire periodic table at his disposal? Solid, Liquid, and Gas? So for this to work he'd need to be made of some tough stuff that doesn't react to or get affected by any of the chemicals and materials he's packing, so I essentially turned him into a living forge inside an upgraded chemical laboratory
5: Ultimate Clockwork
Being able to control time is already broken as F**K right? He can age things into dust, rewind time in an area to see things that happened previously, and slow down time to make himself look like he's moving super fast, so I basically had this idea where he becomes immune to time altering effects and is essentially a living paradox, with this in mind, whenever he's in a fight, he can look into the future of the fight to see what will happen, so that he can follow the actions required for him to achieve the best possible outcome, the drawback is that he can no longer look into the past as he is now looking forwards in time, not backwards, he can also activate his antenna at the start of a fight, and then later on in the fight, he can de activate it and summon an army of himself from every second that his antenna has been active for
6: Ultimate Bloxx
Now I admit, the idea that an Alien life form could take the form of a shapeshifting Gorilla made of Lego is a pretty weird idea, it's practical because he can get creative with his shapeshifting abilities just like children do with Lego (also because if you've ever stepped on Lego before, you know that Sh*t hurts, so imagine getting punched by a Gorilla made of Lego), but then I realised that he's made of a Child's product, so what if he was made of an Adult's product, so I replaced Lego Bricks with Actual Bricks, like hardened clay bricks that you use to build houses with, but then I realised that now that he's made of actual bricks, he's going to be a lot heavier, and he's probably going to have a hard time keeping his arms from falling off of his body due to how heavy they are now, so I decided to give him a metal frame and scaffolding all over his body to hold him together, and cement in between the bricks to help keep them secure, the drawback of this is that he can't really shapeshifter anymore, but he does have re-enforced armoured plating that has a couple of gimmicks of its own, allowing him to essentially become a living fortress of doom, with cannons to replace his lego gun arms, he was once a child's toy, but now, fighting Ultimate Bloxx is the equivalent of fighting a wall, that hits back
7: Ultimate Alien X
Yup, I even thought of a design for Alien X, so picture our all-powerful God Alien with his colours reversed, so instead of being Black with White stars, he's now White with Black stars, give him a bigger head crest with more spikes to give him a more etherial appearance, and maybe give him some kind of clothing that is made out of the Fabric of the Universe, I got an idea from the last Ultimate Alien design video that you did where Ultimate Alien X is now essentially a living conscious thought that can't be touched, and the multiverse is his imagination that he can remake anyway he wants, he can merge universes together if he wants and if the Celestialsapien council try to intervene, he can even just will them away, that's right he can even control other Celestialsapiens and force them to agree with him, the drawback would most definitely be a loss of stability, he's now hardened from years of battle, and it has caused him to become so powerful, that one wrong move could be the end of everything
8: Ultimate Four Arms
So I noticed recently that Tetramands tend to lose their arms and eyes an awful lot, Manny lost a hand when he was in the Null Void, there was a Tetramand with a missing eye on the prison Planet in Secret of the Omnitrix, and Loomas dad lost an arm and an eye, so I had the idea that they would later be able to regenerate their lost limbs and body parts, obviously not without some form of technology that they integrate into their natural state, but I also had the idea that this technology would also make it so that when they're not fighting, it regenerates more than it needs to, so Ultimate Four Arms would not only have 4 arms, but also 4 legs to, with 4 toes on each one, the drawback is that because he's constantly regrowing his arms back, they become a lot easier to break off because they're newly grown, but they are also a lot more beefy and bulky than they normally were, which causes a lot of weight on his upper body, but that's what the 4 legs are for
9: Ultimate XLR8
I based this design somewhat off of Gogo Tomago from Big Hero 6, the balls on XLR8's feet now become discs that are magnetically suspended between two little claws, his overall stature becomes thinner and sleeker, his arms, legs and even his head become more akin to blades, and his fingers become detached from his arms and are now also magnetically suspended, they can also form discs so that he can get down on all fours and becomes a low riding speed demon, all of this makes for much less wind resistance which means he can move even faster, the drawback is that because he is now so thin, he's much easier to beat up close and personal, but he relies on moving so fast with his blades that he can cut through things faster than lightning
10: Ultimate Ripjaws
First of all, just like your Ultimate Jet Ray, I imagine that Ultimate Ripjaws also experiences deep sea gigantism and becomes extremely large, and his body becomes more like an eel or a super long fish of some kind. Also in the OG series Ripjaws had teeth on the outside of his mouth and had no lips, but in Ultimate Alien, he did have lips and his teeth were inside, I imagine that Ultimate Ripjaws has teeth both inside and outside, but he has many, MANY rows of teeth going all the way down his throat, that can also rotate in different directions (I based this idea off of the Whispering Death from How To Train Your Dragon), I also had this idea that instead of arms and legs, he has fins with razor sharp spines sticking out of them, and also from his tail. And if any predators try to take a bite out of him, he can impale them with these spines, and using the same power he uses to light up his antenna, he can electrocute the predators through these spines, basically Ripjaws is now the universes ultimate predator of the deep
11: Ultimate Chamalien
Whenever I look at Chamalien's three different coloured eyes, I always think of the primary colours of light, for anyone who doesn't know if you zoom into a TV screen really closely you will see strips of blue, green and red that make up different colours on the widescreen, so whenever you see white on your computer screen, it's actually blue, green and red lights real close together, so I wonder what would happen to his eyesight if those three eyes of his were to merge into one, I don't really have an Ultimate concept design for this alien, I'm just sharing ideas at this point
I also sort of made up an alien that Ben could turn into named Jinx, who is an Anodite like Gwen, Sunny and Verdona

Really interesting. Some surprised me and some i didnt like.. Btw. Anodites dont have genes so technically ben can't transform into one unfortunately.. Or not unfortunately cuz Anodites are too strong and imagine if ben had one💀. Anyway .. Umm the nanomech one was interesting. That he is a virus... Cuz i had the idea of him having normal blue flames because blue fire ia stronger but we've seen that with ultimate swampfire so yeah. A volcano alien is interesting af.. Especially that you made him a special move which is like an eruption where he gatheres lava inside and charges an attack of a lava explosion kinda from his body or mouth or head. Hands one seems too goos. So no hands. Maybe also he can turn rock to lava. Thats fire.. I also likethat you said his Rocky body is blackish instead of red. Cuz that reminded me of the 10k ben episode where Kevin's transformation had a heatblast with dark rocks. Very nice. Interesting af. I would love it. Maybe also he can eat lava to become bigger then explode?? Or nvm. Thats a different idea. Either him Making his own lava or him turning rocks into lava where he bends lava instead of making it. Like the avatar. Then eat it to become bigger and stronger. That's a different idea tho. My favorite of yours is this
I hated the gutrot one cuz.. Idk. Doesseem right. Ultimate alien x is idk.. Weird. He is already all powerful.. Maybe add telepathy and mind control if he doesn't have it already and everything else and yes. Intangiblity... Maybe make him omnipresent?? As in he is everywhere at once? Like how Dagon was ig? But ben is actually everywhere. Or not. Seems too godly for me.. And maybe in his ultimate, no 3 heads in one.. Just Ben's
Your ultimate fourarms is interesting. But idk.. Doesn't seek like an ultimate. More like a mutation. A bad one... He wouldn't be more useful that the normal form.. Anyway. Mine would be like youpi from hxh.. He can heal limbs but instead of instantly, he does it but it takes around 10 to 20 seconds depending on which part. His body is more slender and flexible so he is not as strong but still around swampfire strong. And swamp fire is STRONG... or nvm. Swampfire is too strong.. Maybe... Hmmm.. Idk tbh.. Diamondhead punch strong?? Yeah. But fast kinda. Not fast fast. But faster than normal form and he has beefy legs kinda so every time he loses a limb or so. He jumps super high to heal and comes back. Like hulk leaps, get it? But like, the legs aren't too beefy. Maybe normal fourarms legs but since his upper body is more slender only his legs stay the same size. He still has 4 arms tho. Or two. Big ones but when he needs 4.he can just split his into 4 thinner arms. Thats interesting.. 2 arms as big as 2 fourarms arms and when split. They get half as strong, double as fast. That mine ig

I feel like It’d be fun if Ultimate Upgrade could also alter the state of machines he possesses. So this could also act as object storage. He pulls up as a ball of goop and then becomes a car that he had liquified. Maybe you could then give him the ability to posses multiple objects as once, so he could swap them out or fuse them together by altering their molecular structure.
Caveat would be that once you’ve altered a machine, it won’t automatically return to normal. So Ben would have to actively repair any tech he possessed, or just leave malformed vehicles everywhere.

Honestly, this time I like all of the designs. They were all creative but not too divergent from the original forms. And you put good drawbacks to them.

Love this series so much! The one question I have is will you do the other aliens from the original series, alien force/ultimate alien, and the Andromeda aliens? I would love to see concepts for ultimate wildvine, ultimate ditto, ultimate Snare-oh, and ultimate water hazard or NRG.
I like how when he is just creating the Ultimate Ghost freak design, he begins to go in and out of that accent for no reason and it just makes me laugh

My personal favorite of this selection is probably Ultimate Diamondhead! I have a soft spot for Asian culture. XD
It would be really interesting to see alternative ultimate forms that are essentially branches in the evolutionary chain. For instance, Ult. Humungousaur gains extra armor and missle launchers in exchange for his size-altering ability, right? Well, what if it could go the other way around, expanding his growing power even further while sacrificing his armor plating?
Just a thought.
