😳😳👏👏👏 I have so many questions....why do they spend their tires before they get to line...is that to avoid the tires spinning when they actually race? Why do they let some cars get head starts ? It makes it look even worse if a car gets a big head start and still loses....badly.
They do burnouts to get heat in the tires for traction and the reason for the headstarts is because its only a test and tune not actual competition so nobody's really trying to outrun each other.
It's always been weird to me what people call "land boats". This car is almost 30 years old and it was/is 3,500lbs 30 years later, your average car is 4,200lb.
@@SreySongz I knew that. A lot of people think the sc400/300 was based of the Soarer using same chasis. In fact, sc400 was made first then sc300, Soarer (3rd gen) and Supra (MK4).
He gave them head-starts because he knew how long it took his car to reach the finish line. He was confident that he could reliably win in 10 seconds and he guessed the capabilities of his opponents cars and was correct. If he can win in 10 secs and his opponent takes 13, then he can afford to give a head start for fun/laziness
The Shelby had a head start and still lost. 💀
That thing is redicoulously fast 🤣
It's popping wheelies at low 10s. It'd need a bar at 9s lol
This has given me life again 😂👍
Soarer doing its thang🔥
DaaaaaaannnnnnG!! I wish my SC300 was that fast! 🚗 💨
Sameeee
Yah man, my goal as well.
what tire set up do you have on the sc?
got damn where can i also get a S366 Turbo?
Is this awesomness have lsd? Because to me, it seems like only one side spinning
nice car!
SC’s just have a presence at night
damn its fast.
1JZ amazing sound nice tuner
it's a 2jz.. they put the 1 jz in old surpas..
@@paulgee5436 he says it’s a 1jz like 20 seconds into the video 😂
@@paulgee5436 1j bud, look at the valve cover
With an open difff 😳😳😳
Imagine with a nice custom rear end. Mid 9’s
Exactly!!

Its so that the tires become warm or hot to stuck to the track so they don't slide to the side as they go down the track
They do something called "giving the hit" where they let a slower car take of first to even the playing field
I see GT500, i click.
Sick car. I think that 10.8 may have been first time out, nothing done
@@DragRacingandCarStuff That was my friend gt500 is 100% stock
@@antuanmartin7639 ah, I thought that was the one you told me about. Badass!
@@DragRacingandCarStuff yes That one
@@antuanmartin7639 there’s one here in Orlando, same color.
I promise you ima be running low to mid 9’s in my built gte.
Anyone else notice the one-wheel peel at 2:54?
its a open diff
Yes
Yes
Lmao that diff is stock, fucking amazing.
Wasn’t hellcat but probably a 392 boosted but still nice run
Jdm baby
LEXUS SC300 FASTEST CAR INNTHE WORLD
Haha on a stock diff.
Enough said
I'm not an auto fan but if the auto is helping this hugh land boat run 10.5 then damn its working great.
Fastest 2JZ cars in 1/4 mile are automatic. Actually, many people use TH400 which is manually shifted.
She’s not light but the cars competing are like 4000lbs+
I could why?? had a V 8.... but instead I had a a lot more fun with a boosted V 6.....I fact he owned everything of the night....
A650e bruh that hoe is like paddles

A supra technically
nah, supra is based off of this car. The supra is technically a lexus
with a single turbo... with A LOT of boost.. how much boost he never said...
@@alexisthemexican finally, someone else who's saying it correctly. Lexus made the sc400/300 first then based the Soarer and Supra from it.
@@JC-ft4ri you do know the soarer had previous generations before the sc300/400/soarer were a thing right lol

Seeeeeee yaaaaa 🤣🤣
Isn’t that a AMG GT 4 Door?
Sheesh, it could be. I heard someone say C 63, but does look like it. I'll correct the title. Thanks!
Haul asss boat
Why the heck did he give his opponents a head start? He lost that last one
Look at the times, he didn't lose

He’s obviously not racing and just trying to break into the 9’s.
Dosnt matter who leaves first or crosses first when your on the clock
he is not really racing against them, he is more so racing against himself to get the best 1/4 mile time possible.
