- Description of abilities:
Phenomenal Evil Power (P) - Veigar is enhancing his abilities at 100, 250, 500 and 1000 stacks of Phenomenal Evil
Baleful Strike (Q) - 0 stacks - can hit only one target.
100 stacks - normal abilty
250 stacks - can pierce 2 targets + bigger range
500 stacks - can pierce 3 targets + bigger range
1000 stacks - Veigar shoots laser that hits every enemy in the range.
Dark Matter (W) - 0 stacks - smaller area
100 stacks - normal abilty
250 stacks - + second impact with bigger area that deals less damage.
500 stacks - Veigar summon cosmic laser that deals damage over time.
1000 stacks - on recast Veigar can move position of the cosmic laser.
Event Horizon (E) - 0 stacks - random 2 out of 5 walls doesn't work.
100 stacks - normal abilty
250 stacks - Veigar needs less time to cast a spell.
500 stacks - + bigger outer area
1000 stacks - Veigar can choose placement of 8 connected walls that stun enemies
Primordial Burst (R) - 0 stacks - less damage
100 stacks - normal abilty
250 stacks - more damage + 30% damage to the enemies around impact and push them away
500 stacks - After impact create a gap in spce, that pulls enemies inside.
1000 stacks - Can execute enemies. After impact create black hole, that pulls enemies inside. After 5 secons black hole collaps dealing 100% skill damage to all enemies around it.

Keep in mind that being a “doom bot” would probably also mean their processing time might be insane. They could possibly cover the entire lane in the walls given enough time
I would agree tbh, only way the 1000 e is better is if it doesn’t take away you cast time for other spells, because his W usually has no cd at that stack amount.

It's cd scales with stacks, size even a small aoe is powerful when it's on a sub 2 second cd.

Not gonna lie, I kind of wish they would rework Veigar as such. Yes i would be punching my desk every time i VS him but it would be cool to see someone who focuses stacks get massive rewards rather than only an ap boost. the concept of his ult evolving into something you would expect a dark lord to have is soo cool.

Dont forget, at 1000+ stacks, if he kills any champ with his ult, they disintegrate and wont respawn for the resg of the game.

The idea is pretty funny but in all seriousness the passive effect as Veigar gains stacks growing bigger and brighter is amazing and should be added.

i think the knockback on ult wit high stack is neat. could make it get exponentially bigger with more stacks. e's concept should be faster cast time with more stacks

As someone that for most of the time played Veigar and only Veigar, i would really love seeing his skills evolve based with how much stacks he has (Not just CDR reduction like his W). Sadly, i feel like that if he ever receives a rework, he will just be Smolder 2.0.

The Q would work perfectly for a Veigar rework, the W would have to tone down a bit and the 100 change would have to be to 500 and the 250 change would have to be to 1000, The E is also great, but the 250 change should be the 1000 one, and the original 1000 wouldn't work as well
I love that Veigar without stacks' E has holes in it, so it's still possible to escape.

the only thing i wouçld change here would be E at 500 stacks, the outer area is just giant, lane wide, what would be more interesting is they gain a attraction force that pushes it those inside to the border, that continues with 1000 stacks, also insted of doing it that way, just let him position it freely and connect it.

Totally inaccurate, where the stun + Leap on the Q ? (like kindred) or the Stun + Veigar Shield up to 100% of the damage and reset the cooldown of all the skills on W ? And where the magic resist and armor gained by passive (+50 of both x every 10 passive points) ? + veigar can ignore walls for a period of time based on how many passive points he have. This is the 2k24 veigar

xd. This is the most balanced Doom Bot by far in comparison to its source material. It doesnt really do anything different, it just brings more damage by the way of affecting more units. An assassin jumping out of the fog would destroy this Veigar as easily as he always would against normal Veigar kek. And 1k stacks Veigar already obliterates the entire lobby, it really doesnt need anything from this version though it is certainly a direct upgrade.
Yes because players totally wouldnt just afk farm all game for 1k stacks. So much for the player playing veigar and the enemies fighting him. He would never comes to teamfights either.

Its much cooler ahving your effects upgrade than just your stats
This is just what if his abilitirs were broken. If he was to have a rework his q would dash him backwards, his w would stun and give a sel shield, his e would be on a lower cool down and bigger hitbox and his r would have an auto execute below 15% health and would also be a dash/self shield.
Most balanced 2024 champ ever.
