Do you have a decklist up anywhere? Curious as to what Eosmon actually looks like with the new support, how many of the BT6 level actually get used and stuff. Also it's wild how even vs a deck that can repeatedly and frequently allow it to be used, the delay of crimson saviour still did nothing lmao. Poor gallantmon players.
I actually don't run the BT6 Eosmon at all. I like to run the BT7 Eosmon in that slot instead. I'm not saying it's better, to each their own, but I like the trap it sets up with the BT17 lvl 5 Eosmon. You'll see what I mean if you watch my Ragnalordmon matchup. It's a pretty nasty trap.
Oh, I missed typing a letter, the bt6 eosmon I was wondering about was the level 5, given how any number of copies can be run it seems like a major flex point. I'll watch the ragna video when I get a chance! Also wondering how you feel about cutting edge in general, it seems nice as a security bomb here but how does it feel to draw? Lastly I'm curious as to whether you've explored any other white tamers - digimon emperor might just be too cracked to replace, but even so Hokuto seems like an interesting alternative, and is cheaper to just play directly. Hoping to see the deck continue to succeed!
Definitely a major flex point. Personally I wouldn't run more than 11. And for that, maybe id get rid of 1 cutting edge. But I think cutting edge is so much better now, I wish I saw it more often but deck space is tight. I didn't run any at first because I figured the new lvl 6 eosmon was basically a walking cutting edge itself. But cutting edge has screwed over my opponents many times as a sec bomb lol. Hitting it and then getting dedigivolved. Or, as you can see in my match up against Tyrantkabuterimon, a sec bomb that deletes two Digimon because lvl 6 eosmon deletion effect is all turns. Even outside of that, it's very destructive now in combination with the new lvl 6 Eosmon with it's dp boost on your turn. I've had games where I've used cutting edge to drop a 15k dp eosmon (thx to the new lvl 6 eosmon) to delete two bodies and dedigivolve another all the way back to lvl 3. It's great.. As far as Hokuto goes, he's still a great tamer too. He was very helpful in my 7GDL matchup. And because he's a 2 cost, that gives you a bit of variety to play with as far as how much memory you're leaving your opponent. Don't forget Takumi is still a great tamer too. You get extra draw on your own terms without having to wait for a Digimon to be deleted like Emperor and you don't have to hope your opponent drops a lvl 4 or lower to get a draw like you have to with Hokuto. And your opponent loses 2 mem of they swing with a lvl 3. I mainly run emperor because I hate Ukko lol
@@MisoraRyuu0921 Oh, no I actually won this game! He ended up conceding in the end. But Gallantmon definitely use to be one of my biggest boogiemen. Only recently have i learned i just need to take my time with this deck. Not to extend too far too early. That's why you'll usually see me down 3 or 4 security before i get going. The only two decks I can think of that I have the toughest time with is Magna X and Imperial. They're almost an auto-lose. I've NEVER won a match against Magna X with this deck. lol
@DigitalLabsCorp Depending on the build of Magnamon X you could technically just prevent it from activating it's effects with the redirect Eosmon inheritance

7:45 It seems to me that Gallantmon BT13 can activate its suppression effect when it is summoned and when it attacks.

6:24 gallant still have the protection against opponent effects cause memory on 0, de-digivolve doesn´t work on him, am i wrong?

Yeah unfortunately I've just never been lucky enough to pull it off lol. They almost always have a blinding ray and / or heaven's judgement. 🥲
