i feel like when the special eggs remain in the game for a long time, people just get bored of the egg and even when theyre gone theyre not that rare since almost everyone might have each of every pet since they were ingame for so long
I joined my daughter playing when the Aussie egg was going. We opened 100's, at least 300 and never got a Legendary pet from it. We gave up sadly and hatched Dragons and Unicorns instead. So for us the Kangaroo and Turtle even if they were in the game ages are very rare :) We already hatched 4 Doodoo and 6 T Rex from the Dino egg in the first few days so they (even if the odds are the same) don't seem to be rare at all for us :) Still wish we had got a few Kangaroo and Turtle.
