Sir, Is there any rule for grant of TWO increments in case of LDE for promotion from ASO to Section Officer? A senior colleague just said that there was such a rule when they had passed the exam and accordingly they got two increments in the year around 2005 / 2006. Grateful if you could throw some light as it is high time for 2016 & 2017 SOs to get their pay fixed.
