I started crying as soon as i saw my guide, i havent visualised for a long time but seeing them as i remember them was very comforting, i was embracing them way before you said that i can just because i was so overwhelmed with love for them i couldnt hold myself. It was very hard emotionally for me to say goodbye but this was a very enlightening experience. I hope to see them soon again. I told my guide to tell my late soul dog i love her and i could see my soul dog right behind her, waiting by the gates and wagging her tail. ❤
This comment touches my heart so deeply. I have been trying to connect to anything related to Light (a spirit guide , ancestors or my soul) and always failed. to be honest I hardly believe they really exist, because I tried whatever to meet them. But if you succeeded, I am happy for you.

I saw my husband! I learned he was my primary spirit guide before and he’s the one that came through! Oh I missed those hugs he would give and he gave me my hug. I was so happy to see him. I just want to be with him already! He passed 9-30-23 and it’s been a nightmare everyday
I actually felt a massive surge of energy go through my body during this meditation. It was definitely the right time as this new spirit guide sent me a message in a dream that said “Not every door we need to walk through is easily seen”.

Me too it felt so warm and loving and I saw a beautiful bright pink wave of colour pass through - although I couldn’t see my guides face I knew it was a masculine strong energy here to give me strength when I need it 💖
First time seeing my guide, she looked like me, i seen colors of orange and i cried. I felt so much love and comfort knowing they are with me always. Thank you.

This meditation is so incredibly powerful & I find i have cried throughout sobbing because of its power. Each time it bringds through so vividly my beautiful Mum who passed away, she is guiding me always. Meditation is good for the soul ❤

I saw a blue, sparkling crystal that spoke to me of trust and peace. When I asked a question, my guide smiled and grabbed my hands. I am grateful for every gesture❤ This is what I needed
I do a lot of these and this is my FAVORITE one for contacting a spirit guide. It’s very powerful and very helpful for if you need to try to speak to them or ask them about situations. 10/10

I met Jacklyn. She gave me grandma comforting vibes. Held me in her arms and i cried there. She gave me citrine and placed the pearl in my third eye to see clearly and trust my intuition. Thank you. I waited to do this meditation until i needed it. Thank you for your love and light. One of your other spirit guide meditations brought to me caroline, a bright and sweet inner child guide who is with me often and now I have Jacklyn too.
I have done many meditations but nothing has felt this real.
Initially I saw a male figure enter the light and sit with me and was smiling. Then a female energy entered and suddenly I saw myself as a small girl running round a grass field holding their hands and just feeling so free and safe. I immediately started crying thinking when was the last time I felt so happy and safe.
Then they gave me a clear crystal in shape of turtle.
I did ask them a question and they handed me a white feather. I was crying continuously during the meditation and when they were leaving they kissed me on my forehead and said they are always there with me and love me.
I know this meditation worked because as soon as the meditation ended and in a couple of minutes I was back to normal.
Couldn’t believe I was crying so much just couple of minutes ago.
Thank you so much. Life has been hard and I cannot remember when was the last time I felt so happy, safe and free.
I will do this meditation more often

Interestingly enough, I usually have trouble with meditation and visualization & I’ve never been able to meet a spirit guide, but I think I just did for the first time! I’m also a very feminine energy myself and thought my most loving guide would be another feminine energy so I could relate to them easier, however it turns out the spirit guide I just met was masculine energy. Very cool! Thank you for the help!!!

My auntie passed away when I was 6. She was my spirit guide today- she told me to be free and let goof my past- now is my time to be happy. I generally I was crying out what I let go. We will see. Thank you.
This is my first time to do this meditation or any like it. My white light came to me as a ring of white fire surrounding me, and my spirit guide walked through the fire in a gorgeous white gown with flowing red hair, handing me an emerald green with some black gemstone, in addition to my pearl of knowledge. Hopefully I get more clarification as the days go on, but I thoroughly enjoyed this. Thank you so much.
Thank you for this guided meditation. My 1st time doing a guided meditation for spirit guid in years, and I knw this will sound crazy but I saw an alien, a peaceful not scary alien and it gave me a pink round crystal. Maybe it was my imagination but I will continue doing it. I felt great after 😊🙏🏼
This was good. I saw Mother Durga . Had slight pain and tingling sensation in my shoulder. She gave me a purple 💜 crystal.
I've been trying to connect for while withbone of mine, and tonight they knew i needed to cry, so while trying to visualize them, I started to cry. I couldn't see them, but their energies said it's okay to cry. I couldn't make out if it was my masculine or feminine spirit still not halfway through and had to take a break or risk waking my family because of my crying.

Beautiful! I saw my spirit guide,it was a young man with angelical face,he was dress in white and had golden brown hair,he gave me peace and love,gave me a rough rose Quartz.
It was hard at first but in my second try, I saw Mary as my spirit guide.

I am reading through to see if anyone got the same thing as me.
An angelic male being,
opaque light, male energy. But felt like a familiar friend, looked younger than me for sure. He gave me a very sharp edged tetrahedron transparent crystal, very shiny, even had some colorful reflections on some parts of it. He then said that I was ascending. That I was putting the spiritual first and seeking spiritual guidance at every step. Many more things, but are private. I ran to check the meaning of this shape crystal (pyramid like) and I am absolutely floored. It was real.
Some predictions were made, will wait to see if it comes through. First time I actually had the contact. I am happy. Thanks for this meditation.
I keep getting reached out to by the spirit of someone I have never met before. The son of a lady I have just recently met. I don’t know much about crystals or spirituality at all but I was handed a blue quartz oval crystal by him during this meditation. Very emotional after researching the meaning of that crystal.

Oh my goodness! This one was the best yet. I will tell you this higher energy was a beautiful white flowing river dropping right into my heart. 💖 The rest was amazing. Weirdly, I saw a Chinese person holding and almond shaped something. 😋 and a Panda on my right. I have NEVER experienced anything so awesome and, I was very very surprised. Thank you for your wisdom and connection to your higher Energy.

@lilikin pouty do not be afraid. Our creator lives within us all. God will guide you and help you see what you need to see. If you want to. Take your time. I'm new to this also. I have only been meditating for a month or so and it has been helping me become more focused and peaceful. I pray God helps you release your fear.

I cant visualize as good as i used to as a kid but this actually helped relieve some of the grief i was holding for awhile
I feel that was a very good experience. I did feel I was imagining however I gained hope that I was using intuition as well. I loved the ball of light visualization, and made it translucent all around my whole body & bed. Very nice coming back to the world also. Thank you.

That was really great. I left the sphere of light with my spirit guide and he took me to a stream in the forest where we knelt down and looked at our reflections. I received the answer to my question and he walked me back to end the meditation

I slept after listening to a meditation video. When I woke up my body jolted repeatedly like a seizure. I heard the door opening, and I saw an image of a clown in front of my eyes, my eyes were closed. Then some energy went into my body and I started hearing voices in my ear. My body was paralyzed. He told me his name. I asked him if spirit guides are real. He tried to say something but I couldn't make out the words. It was like hearing different languages all at once. Then I felt someone scratching my chin. I saw an image of a silver clock. The clock was running very fast. I got scared and moved. The next day I saw an image of a card which has L written on the top, and I heard the word life and saw the numbers 11.11 and 1.11 on the clock the same day. The next day I tried contacting him again in my sleep and I heard the door opening but I got scared and moved.
This is my first time contacting spirit guides, so can someone help me with what the clown image, the L card, and the silver clock mean?
I saw my great grandmother but younger i just felt it was her. Thank you so much
