    I have never sprayed my meat, i just use a disposable aluminum bread pan filled with water put in the smoker with the meat. It works. Your meat will be moist

    Looked cooked very nice. Only thing I’ll ad is I think you started spritzing way too soon and a little too much . You could have gotten a much darker bark if you spritzed later and less. don’t spray until the bark forms and the fat starts rendering down into a jelly like consistency easy to tell just poke it.
    Other than that this video is gonna make me be inside my local butcher shop this weekend because now I want brisket😂!
