They are between 3 and 4000 to settle each year in Quebec. The French are more and more numerous to be seduced by this part of Canada where we speak French, and for good reason! Rents half as expensive as in France, an extremely low unemployment rate and very welcoming inhabitants, in short, Quebec has something to dream about.
