    I'm a little over my target weight so I figure that an unassisted dip is a weighted dip in reality. I typically do 10 sets, 10 reps each, on dip day. And at least two other exercises in the circuit, all done to the tune of 10 sets. I'm pretty blasted by the time it's all done. I've started to add weight to the dips.

    Highly recommend weighted dips!! Don't be scared to go up in weight either. Before ya know it you'll be doing sets of 8 with 120 lbs.

    Hey, love your content. I just have a question regarding your style of conjugate training, do you ever repeat the same workout or its different every time as I have noticed. If its different everytime how do you program it is there any video on your channel covering this, just curious about this style of training. Thanks

      I do vary my exercise selection. I have periods of time whrre i go wild and periods of time where it is more structured
