I’ve got Cane Corsos & a male Frenchie who thinks he’s a pit bull. I don’t have the heart to tell him he’s a Frenchie 😂 with that being said, I feed the big dogs bones & a raw diet so he gets it too. Ground chicken/turkey, gizzards, pumpkin, eggs, egg shells, coconut oil, fish oil, sardines, rice or oatmeal, plain yogurt, 2% cottage cheese….My Frenchie gets chicken paws & wings, beef ribs for snacks/training and my Cane Corsos get their bigger bones (chicken quarters, beef shanks, pork hocks)
Love that you mentioned wild fork as I go specifically for elk, venison, grass fed and organic only for the dog! I have a frenchie who I’m looking to get into feeding raw and I’m just confused on portioning as I usually give him either 2 cups a day of Royal Canine for frenchies with some elk meat on top. Recently I switched to Farmers dog for a month and have 2 weeks left but I definitely want something more organic and natural for him. Defrosting liver and organ blend in my freezer rn as we speak. Any advice you can give is much appreciated
