The only real issue I see aside from the zoning out, which you acknowledge, is you played the bristle like a POS 1 and not a POS 3. You didn't really place yourself in front of your team where they could stand behind and support you. Instead you took a lot of space farming and coupled with the zoning out ended up out of position almost always.
Game was calling out for an octarine core, gives a huge amount of health and the mana regen vs lion and AM. Plus the amount of items you had that would have beenfitted, shivas, bkb, pipe, bloodstone, windwalker
1 level of goo vs 1 level of seeing red (or even delaying maxing quill spray slightly) would have made laning a bit easier, there were multiple chases that goo would have helped gap close never mind the armour reduction to help secure kills early on. A bit of realignment mid-late game certainly helped tho. Nice.

As a bb spammer with like 68% win rate you always buy shard min15 its one of the best shards in the game that’s ur fighting timing always get goo cast range. Bloodstone is definitely over purchased by people you need to know exactly when to use it or it’s gonna feel underwhelming unless ur fighting a troll who últs you it’s a mistake to rush it especially if you have vampire fangs you can just by the voodoo mask and that’s good enough. You always get goo in lane it can be hard to kick carries out of lane without it. Too many mana items this hero can get away with just mana boots or like treads with raindrop null. You definitely realized these mid game Just needed a few more games with the hero I almost never click seeing red you can’t see anything and ur teammates get zero vision from you only when people are trying to solo tp out or ur hitting a free tower is it worth it most times

I was surprised you didn't get bkb sooner vs tiny and lion. That was the real difference maker here imo.
