I love this backpack, I just wish they'd make a slightly smaller version that barely fits a 13 inch laptop.

Great review! I own Aer Day Pack 2, but I've always wondered what Slim Bag looked like in details.

After looking at some super minimalist packing posts on Reddit, I’m gonna see if I can one bag this for work and weekend trips. I have a 20L Peak Design backpack that just feels like bulky overkill for my personal needs. I’ve ordered some very functional and lightweight items to make this bag feasible and I’m hoping it works out. The design is awesome!

You’ll have to report back how it goes! It’s definitely minimal 😃

@@PackHacker2 Will do. I checked out some posts of people on r/onebag and r/ultralight sharing their setups with it and it’s amazing what they get away with.
Thanks for the vid your channel has helped me a lot these past couple weeks!

@@hudson8074 took it for a few days to NYC. worked perfectly. I did have to take a separate bag for a suit/dress shoes since it was a special occasion. but other than that, had everything I needed.

Can you place a water bottle in the front inside pocket? I will be carrying an iPad, ear pods and glasses. Would like to put a water bottle inside or hang it off the exterior.

Great video! What size MacBook Pro was that? I know they say it'll fit a 15 inch but I have the new 16" and I'm trying to figure out if it'll fit in this. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated!

    • @brownpigeon4641

Yeah I would also like to know if a 16" Macbook Pro can squeeze in the bag, even if it's a little tight.

Since the folks at pack hacker apparently don’t respond to comments and questions, I bought the slim pack myself to find out the answer to my question. The answer is yes, a 16” MacBook Pro does fit. It’s very very snug but it does get in there and zip up.

    • @ThomasRoscoeMusic

@@brownpigeon4641 it’s really tight. But it does squeeze in there!

I’ve enjoyed your channels when the quicks hits were just that. Quick short reviews that would later get more thorough reviews on the main channel. I get it we’re in a pandemic and daily use is harder to show now but you can still include on body shot clips along with the review. Yes you have the pics of body shots on your website but video shots of the pack being worn are always better. Come on guys you buy bags and don’t you always want to see how the bag looks on body? Thorough reviews without on body shots are the worst.

Hey Joe! Thanks for bringing this up, we've been listening to what our subscribers have been saying and we're working on some new videos that show the bags being worn. We'll be releasing them very soon on this channel, keep an eye out!

have you ever tried using it for an overnight or weekender? (aka with one or two clothes in it) - curious how bulky it would look like. Thanks!
