Agreed that you have to help yourself out on occasion. I have 3 kids ages 11, 9 and 7, who play competitive sports. Some weekends are just too busy to food prep everything. So, I buy premade hummus, salad kits and other convenience items. It’s a balance with health and sanity.
this may sound weird.. with my dirty potato's I put them in the sink with warm water, let them soak for a few minutes and then roll them back n forth in the sink bottom. It cleans them nicely, may have to scrub a lump or two but quickly does the job. When my kids were little this was a great game for them and a quick solution for getting my potatoes ready for cooking!! Hope this helps!!
Wow that shredded sweet potato "granola" idea looks incredible and so creative! I'm going to try it with the last sweet potato before my shop. How creative, I never would have thought of that!!
I had a similar thought re potato ‘egg’ scramble while grating potatoes for your rosti. Maybe two different types of potato consistency eg mash and grated? I love all your ideas - I even look forward to eating my vegies in the morning. Keep on experimenting!
Love the sweater color as well as looks warm and snuggly❤ Love the new creations, i have been craving tomato soup somthing fierce for a while now and your video did not help🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Have a wonderful night
I love seeing how imperfect your meals are. So important for me to see that as I always had issues with thinking every meal needs to have heaps of different vegetables in there to be nutritious enough to eat and that it had to look aesthetically amazing too. Love all your videos. I always find something helpful in them. And love seeing the kids too. Question for you. I have always been someone who craves something dessert like after dinner, I'm really struggling to cut this habit out. Has this ever been something you indulged in or struggled with?
You are so amazingly creative. Also everything looks delicious. I have tried a few and will continue. Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us. I enjoy watching you very much.
I love the simplicity of this. Very similar to my meals….simple cooked starches and steamed veggies. I’d love to understand how you experience hunger. Do you always wait to feel an empty growing belly? I know the standard line is “hungry enough to eat veggies”, but honestly, after 14 years of eating simple SOS free WFPB food, plain steamed Brussel sprouts and broccoli always sounds tasty to me. I have trouble giving myself permission to eat before I feel a growling belly…but I wonder if that’s why I eat such massive portions each time I eat.
A really great question and I think this looks different for everyone. I also think there is no perfect answer. For me I’m hungry if I stop to think of food even when I’m busy doing something else - work, with the kids. If I am in the kitchen anyway then it’s hard to know 100%. I don’t think we need to strive for perfection all the time - we are human 😊
That crunchy grated potato thing you made looked yum! Was it pre-cooked or raw? Hey, i know you are a busy mom, but here's a great link for a low impact cardio workout: ruclips.net/video/eyvHfxgCAJQ/видео.html his channel is called Body Project. I doubt you need it because you do the trampoline.
Your doing a great job, but please change your opening speach, a) guessing you've lost more than 60lbs by now as you keep saying that you want to get as lean and healthy as possible. B) you hired a personal trainer she comes to the house with your friend, so you do mad workouts and rebounding.

I tried your cinnamon sweet potato fries with cinnamon, a bit of salt and balsamic vinegar instead of maple syrup. So good.

What about some potato waffles 😊I am going to try some today .
I have heard you can put them in the washing machine on gentle cycle !
You are so real and genuine... It's refreshing to see on RUclips... I was just wondering how much weight did you loose since the reset?
Ami said she is weighing herself at the end of the 3 weeks.
Which potato flakes do you use please?

You are a life long vegan wow cool!
Is there a recipe for your sweet potato granola?
Try soy milk + potato starch + 😊seasonings and make a delicious sauce out of it to pour over potatoes and vegetables
Sounds great, what a simple idea but brilliant idea!!
Is the Potato Artichoke Cheezy Dip recipe in the Reset cookbook? If not then where can I find it?
Day 7, dinner in Ami's 7 day potato reset plan
I want your hair color. What color is it called?
