Yo-yo Ma had given me a love of the Cello where I had previously loved classical piano because of my grandmother. Now at 50 - I have feared that in the years to come ... I will have no one left to stir my soul. But I fear no more ... I have Sheku. ❤️

Be careful to not make him an idol. Love God more then everything that is him that gives the music. He loves you and is trying to reach out to you through music❤️

He is just so passionate, he puts his soul in it.
Sheku is phenomenal and at such a young age, he will be a world master for generations to come! Gifted beyond measure!! Even an old Hippie/Rocker like me weeps at the sound of his music!

Whenever I hear this music I feel like, I am standing in a valley full of flowers and the sun is shining over my head with peaceful passing clouds with a gentle breeze..
The amount of emotion he puts into his instrument is what makes the piece. This is what passionate musicians do, they channel their emotions to not just to make a sound, but to make music. I'm so glad I found this artist.
I'm helplessly transfixed by this transcendent music played with such abandon by this young genius.

So good, I literally had this on repeat for a while. I love the journey through this piece, the rise and falls. It's truely beautiful.

Sheku that is beautiful. I haven’t heard Enigma played on just a cello before it’s usually an orchestra piece but that was beautiful. It made me very emotional. So well done. 😁

Wow - this brought me to the verge of tears - a fantastic emotional rendering of this piece - and the warm rich, soothing tone of the Celli brought out the haunting melody to its' fullest effect! This is a young artist well worth watching!
this piece always somehow reminds me of getting older, and whenever i listen to it i tear up at my childhood memories and how i’m now closer to being an adult than being a middle schooler... going into my junior year of high school, i’ve been playing the cello for 6 years now and music has been my passion for a while now, and thinking of getting older with it brings a tear to my eye...

I've never seen or heard of this before, and I only was lucky enough to find it after seeing it pop up as an ad for another music video I was watching, and I have to say, this was the most beautiful piece of music I've heard in such a long time, and it quite literally drove me to tears. It's so perfect and breathtaking, and I don't know what else to say except thank you for sharing it with us.

I already loved Enigma Variations so much as a piece and was emotional hearing it arranged so beautifully on strings ❤
While I have to admit I strongly dislike all the pitch sliding, this is a painfully beautiful arrangement which was giving me goosebumps. Especially the last minute or so!
Came here to say that...a bit like the listener is getting whipped up and down. Slides here and there are very effective, especially when bringing out a specific character or note. A general rule of thumb that I use is to not slide twice in a row.
Despite this, he has a gorgeous sound.
