Also the feds can contradict themselves when they say "national origin" (in EEO sense) compared to census, which creates confusion and disadvantage to complainanants
I was asked to go to a deposition Feb 2023 but the defense cancelled it...I haven't heard of any other request and I have turned in more documentation and completed a IME with their doctor which confirmed my issues...I was looking forward to doing a Deposition but Im not sure if I will...My claim just passed the 120th day mark of the scheduling order and 150th day of discovery period...I filed my DBA OWCP claim in Apr 22' so I have been waiting a little while.
