1 How did you avail upgrade option, was it chargeable or foc?
2 which one is better- Grand Hyatt or Hilton Mumbai?

Hi. So the upgrade was available for free as a part of our package. I have not stayed at Hilton Mumbai so can't comment.

Your description was good. Loved your comment that you were saving on lunch and room service 😀. As a viewer would suggest that when you are moving your camera 📸 do it slowly. Could not get the feel of range of food available.

Was there too much rush on weekend and was there a queue for breakfast and lunch or was it well managed?

Yes when we went it was crowded, but the crowd was being well managed at the buffet and tables were kept vacant to maintain social distancing

When we booked it was mentioned set menu, but we were offered buffet at the restaurant. They didn’t have any set menu meal and everyone was offered the buffet
