If you have the means then maybe a 3rd one isnt that bad. I have that many and use 1 evo, 1 base as sub, and 1 base as helper and I'm pretty happy with this set up since most of my friends dont have a rimuru up or if they do they don't have the build I want. Bride Natsuru/Usui teams I've seen use 2 at most(1 evo, 1 base), but the equips are strong too so could turn the 3rd into one. Then for R&V I'd say 3 at least, 2 base for subs and 1 for the equip. I use one R&V equip on a base rimuru and bubblie eq on the helper, and I like that set up for SN2. Some people run 2 R&V equips but to me it seems like overkill.
On an android u can set up a work profile and thus have 2 instances of an app. Samsung phones have something called a secure folder, others like my google pixel doesnt have that out the box but you can download various apps to set up work profiles. I use an app called "Island" by Oasis Feng to set up my "work"/alt PAD app.
I think 2 is an awkward number because most teams use 2 or 4 total copies with helper. Some of the SN2 speedrunning teams use 3 total but idk if youre interested in that. I guess 2 is good if you want to self pair or want 1 for the equip, but ultimately I lean towards no 🤔
3 Milim total is more so for the speedrunning teams but I think ive seen some that have 3+Benimaru, I assume the 3rd Milim is there just for dmg since a full system is either 2Milim+1Beninaru or 4 Milim. So since you have 3 of your own I'd pair with a friend and run 4 Milims total. Now that you do have 3 I'd lean in more to buying the bundle for ur 4th copy, but a lot of ppl are running Milim so it shouldn't be hard to find friends and save the $20 🤔
One of my alts has rolled two Rimuru and one Rimuru and Veldora, I'll have to do a few more rolls to get the second R&M. Doing a lot better in this collab than GH:AJ.

What is a optimal number of rimirus? I have 2 considering the bundle…. Also number of rimiru and veldora u would recommend?

I rarely buy stones but these $5 for 50 stones bundles are worth it imo.
