His loyalty is disturbing. I wish there was more canon info available about him. I like to imagine he either A) grew up with Kai in the Yakuza hence Hari's apathy toward violence and admiration for Kai or B) Hari experienced circumstances similar to the other Eight Bullets, Kai helped him when nobody else would, and as a result Hari indebted himself to Kai similarly to how Kai felt indebted to the Yakuza boss... you know... minus the backstabbing. 8/
If I was on chronostasis feet, I'll do the same. I'll only be loyal to the person who deserved my trust, if a leader easily gives up, then that leader is not worthy of my trust, a leader must do everything to get the group's goal.
