Thank you so much Karen! glad you enjoyed it. The white dots are white gel food coloring that are dotted on using a nail dotting tool. You just barely let the tiny ball on the tool touch the surface of the white gel and dot it on. I hope that helps. :)

Where did you get your star cutter?
The star cutter is from a Wilton star cutter set. Very readily found in craft stores like Michael's or Hobby Lobby. :)

Edible glue which is warm water with tylose powder mixed into it. :) We have a tutorial on how we make it if you'd like to check it out.
