You can tell good and well that Katherine is saddened by the advice. The way she said “maybe” and her facial expressions + body language says it all. She’ll have to grieve but she’ll be okay.
I like how she nods like she is proud at how strong she is with her text mess when she calls out his moods and tells him to pay up. The poor thing is such a push over and he knows it. He doesn’t think twice about what she says.
I wish she valued herself more.

Idk what to call those ppl, but there are ppl who make a habit of making plans, and never intend to follow thru. Speaking from experience - they are usually already in a relationship and string u along just for conversation. Either way, if a person doesn’t keep their word, u don’t need them around.

I had a 50 year old man, do the same thing, he would text all the time make plans to take me out for my birthday twice and never did it, he even agreed to visit my church when I asked him to come several times, that never happened always had an excuse for not coming but he always showed up at my house 1-2am and barely answered the phone but always texting. I cut him off, we weren't going in the same direction and he wasn't a man of his word...boy bye which is how he was acting.

Why would you text a guy that stood you up then asked you out on a certain time and then didn't call- (not text) to tell you when he's coming to pick you up. I would have forgotten about him after the first time - if he didn't show or apologize and make up for it- history. That is decent human behavoir in any ordinary communication- not to mention dating. You will grow and learn.
Why aren’t men going on these show proclaiming their desperation for women (or other men) who won’t treat them right? It happens to everybody. Let your self-worth come shining through and nobody who isn’t worthy of you will dare to waste your time.

Sometimes people are really harsh on anything innocenct and more "over it" with nasty behaviour. At least I believe we have to respect and guide pure intentions in others more and insult or reject ugly behaviour. Be more understanding of a good intention gone wrong in ourselves and others and show no tolerance for the ugliness in the world

No lie, my baby sister met this guy after a few months, he started acting just like this young lady’s friend she stopped communicating with him. @Pamela Hartfield they're beautiful and all that, but unfortunately (1) they don't value themselves; (2) they do not have standards; and (3) they do not understand themselves. It is not likely that anyone will value them unless they first value themselves.
If those two beautiful young ladies are not interested in God's help in finding them a perfect mate they aren't going to be getting a mate that is right for them. That is something that happens when you have a relationship with God and you have faith in your prayers. And you act on your prayers, then you will get something that is right for you in the area of a mate.

I have the same experience like Kat. I was in on and off relationship, every time hoping that there won't be any off again. After 6 years I realized it was humiliating to continue that charade.

I'm trying to think of what could possibly possess me to text a guy who didn't turn up for a date. On four occasions men have been 30mins late to a date or tried to change the agreed venue after I've arrived so and I made it clear I wasn't going to wait nor was I willing to see them moving forward
