Fun fact: Ecuador has been using the US Dollar even since 2000. Instead of using $1 bills, they use $1 coins, which may be [the reason] why some worn down $1 coins like that 2000-D you found are out there in the US.
I ordered the coin placemat set and just got them today. They are absolutely amazing thank you so much my friend. I live in Delton, MI. Michigan represent. Go Lions❤
Great Hunt Quinn. I hunt dollar coins a lot. Do not forget to look for the W mintmark on the Mohawk Dollars. It is also possible to find the extra spike error on the Washington and Jefferson Dollars.
My father taught me the basics growing up but I found you randomly a couple weeks ago and you’ve inspired me to join the hobby. I have been learning a lot from your videos. 😊
Exciting news! The inclusion of Rose number [282] beautifully symbolizes our collaborative efforts in this creative garden at CoinEra. Let's continue nurturing this shared space together! 🌹🌷🌼 Thank you for being an integral part of it! 😊💖
Hey there Quin. I started following you a few weeks ago. Inspired me to go through all my coins I picked up in my pocket change. Guess what... I dont have shytt LOL. Well I might but probably not. I love your show and appreciate your knowledge. Thank you and looking forward to more.
Dropping a dollar coin hunt the day Carter died is a weird flex, but at least now you’ll be able to start finding him in coin rolls in about 2.5-3 years 😂
Hey Quin, those 2000-P "dryer" dollar Sacagawea's are actually colectable. The Philly mint was testing out some different cleaning chemicals. It ended up removing the luster too much so they scrapped the idea. Most of them didnt make into ciculation. They are rare and could be considered the OG NIFC Sacie.
I've been hunting a lot of dollar rolls recently because they're large enough denomination that I can actually use them. I love hunting nickels, but I don't have the time to hunt and then return them. So far my average is 1.33 finds per roll. This is out of like 20 rolls. Definitely the most find heavy denomination.
I enjoy your videos. I guess im just old. 50 years i have never been given a 1 dollar coin or 2 dollar bill. Why does the mint make them? How are they called circulated
Hi, I left you a message on your video 5 months ago and I am sure you're busy with life. But I was wondering where can I buy books to put my pennies in? Also I have alot of Indian head pennies as well as wheat pennies. My question is I have at least 6, 1877 pennies and from E-bay and I checked the ones that have SOLD on E-bay and they have gone for several hundred dollars. Mine are in better condition. They are dark brown but are still better than the ones showing with greater condition. My husband thinks there's no way. I am going to buy that book to look them but can you recommend what kind of place to have someone look at them. Thank-you and wishing you a Happy New Year 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
In the other carolina,,and finding a few date to wide rim,and clashing on a few. Enjoy your videos. Only a couple that I like better than you, but hey, you've got a bronze metal . I watch almost all videos on coins. Mind if I ask which banks you use.? Hope to watch all of your videos. Good work.
Hello from Canada, I have a few questions for you, up here in Canada you have to be lucky still to find a bank that will sell you any cents they have when some one turns them in and they would sent back to the mint to be melted down.well I luck out and bought some cents from my bank and have at least 2 dollars more to take to the USA along some nickels and quarters to cash in. I pick up some Wheaties, one 1999 cent that looks like you can barely make out the last 9. Then I have a coin that could be call a novelty cent, it looks like a 43 steel. But it says 1958 d only on the obv you can see copper around the edge. I mainly search for nickels and I save my usa nickels when I next travel down there, I have found some interesting coins a few 2009p and d nickels. And one 1919 Indian nickel that has two letters punch on the date. Have a nice day.

I should add, my teller gives me any NIFC enders because I told her what to look for.
I recently found a Near Date in my dad's collection! I was extremely excited when I found it. My dad thought it was interesting too!
Where do you get your boxes of coins.
Do you know if the US mint will recycle old or damaged coins if found? What happens to the millions of old coins?
Did you ever finish the Canadian penny box from 5 years ago?
What is a Near Date? Please explain more what you're looking for, for the newbies. Thanks.
