    This young black guy is talking sense. He is a good observer and researcher. This is the type of podcasters many African American people should be watching and listening to and learning one or two things from. Not those talking about Hollywood people or making their podcasts a Republican or Democrat party issues. Basic facts about horrible political administration and confusion being perpetrated around the world by the United States of America.

    Ben Norton at Multipolisaro is the main authority on what goes on in Venezuela. He has the full history of the US involvement in trying to overthrow the legitimate government in the country. Many of us here in small Caribbean countries rely on Venezuela for relatively cheap fuel and cooking gas. We can only sit and wait for the US to become weak so that we can live a normal life.

    Even if all 4 million people who voted for the opposition took to the streets, that's still less than 10% of the total population. There are over 5 million diehard Chavistas in Venezuela who voted for Maduro and they will not allow this minority of gusano contras to overthrow the duly elected government of the Bolivarian Revolution. The majority of the population are middle of the roaders who just want stability, peace and the restoration of the economy - which is under assault by US imperialist sanctions. The neutral segment of the population is not against the government and they are not for the right wing opposition either. 10 million eligible voters didn't vote at all: not for the opposition or for Maduro. But in the past, when the opposition started their guarimbas and terrorist campaign, the majority of Venezuelan citizens did not join them and in fact called on the government to restore law and order. That's what will happen this time. Especially since the conditions in Venezuela are much better today than they were in 2018. Things have been improving and the government will earn back the support of the majority of the citizenry as Venezuela enters BRICS and delinks from the imperialist world system

      Sorry I met a couple from Venezuela see differently, I don't believe in left or right wing anymore. It just the labeling problem. Venezuela only has one media state media. USA has 6 mainstream media ( used to over 20). I don't know really, I just am tired of all the world being divided. All I want is the peace and no wars. I also tired for beating up Americans as if its our fault to have the Deep State problems or NATO problem. Americans did not create that, Politicians did allow that to happen since 1913 or since Spanish -American War. We many knew the problem from America Empire of 21th century. We had many different empires in past. I see one day it will be other country empire, then another empire will come into 25th century. Many different Industrial revolutions ( corps) use the chaos to change the countries.

    • @2CheKapone
      @2CheKapone 2 месяца назад

      @juliestanfield8433 Like I said, there are millions of Venezuelans who hate socialism and love imperialism (which is what I mean by right wing), so the couple Venezuelans you met were right wingers, or counterrevolutionaries. But you've only met "a couple" Venezuelans. I've been to Venezuela several times since 2011 and I've met hundreds of Venezuelans who love socialism, support the government and fight imperialism. I've seen with my own eyes rallies with tens of thousands of Venezuelans who support the government of Nicolas Maduro.
      Also, whoever told you that there is only state media in Venezuela is a liar. Instead of just believing what people say, you could have a critical mind and actually look into it yourself before you make such erroneous statements. If you bothered to investigate at all, you would see that in Venezuela most of the media is privately owned and controlled by the opposition, not the government. In fact, Venezuelan newspapers publish articles almost every day calling Maduro a monkey and calling for the overthrow of the government.

      @@2CheKapone You have not given me a real argument. " Love socialism" or just call them right wingers that hate socialism and love imperialism.. In fact Venezuela still has lot to work with many things since have to have cheap oil or foods cheap oil because of salaries so low. Inflation still high, not much cut down. Yes, a part of BRICS. Read Association of Progressive Communcation on Digital repression and Resistance. Thousands mirganration intro Columbia, Spain and Peru from Venezuela for better salaries or jobs. Most countries are in mixed economy that work the best.

    What I liked about this guy, Vance is that he can answer a question in an intellectual manner. He's not stupid. I heard him being interviewed and was impressed. She was throwing all the anti trump rhetoric at him, and he dismantled it beautifully. I'm looking on from the outside, I'm not American . Biden and Trump go off on tangents and insult each other in the process. Vance appears to be able to formulate an idea and articulate it coherently whatever the content. We haven't seen that in a while 😅
    I think the republican party or AIPEC chose Vance because they are looking for the Trump replacement. If Trump wins anything could happen. He's not that young and looks like he's a marked man, unfortunately. Vance is young and intelligent and comes from working class and represents the American dream. Being poor won't hold you back in America. Look time will tell. Compare him to Kamilla and he looks like a winner from the get go.

      I think the people who control our Legislative, Judicial and Executive branches are trying to see how far they can push the American people before they (we) refuse to participate any longer. The Empire is coming to an end and the people in power (both sides when they "are in control") always act like they're saving the county from the tyranny of their "opposition". I am amazed every day by the people who still believe their side is making their lives better somehow.

      Peter Thiel did not like Trump. Although Thiel financially backed both candidates in 2016 (which is hedging his bets to maintain government contracts for sure), many sources have come out and confirmed that Thiel was privately critical of Trump and was not a fan of him by the end of his term. Which is why this time around, he didn’t support any candidate financially. However, Thiel has warmed up to Trump again publicly, especially since JD Vance joined the campaign.

      @@Forthepeoplepodcast305 I don't think you are in touch w what is actually happening on the populist right if you believe that Nikki and Vivek weren't chosen bc they were brown/Indian. Niki is a swamp RINO and Vivek did not know Washington. If Trump had chosen Niki, Rubio or Scott it would have been clear he cut a deal. JD is great and feared bc he sounds like Alex Jones and is a true populist. The establishment did not want JD. He is the reason the Teamsters leader was speaking at the RNC. This conversation was interesting, but you were only scratching the surface and seem to be missing the nuances. Do you recall the pressure ppl were under to bash Trump in 2016 and throughout his tenure? The govt has gone after anyone associated with Trump. Many ppl have been in hiding for years w their real views.. For you, a leftist to think you have the inside track into what Thiel really thought is interesting. Thiel and Elon sound just like Alex Jones these days bc there is momentum behind Trump and right wing/pro human populist views. I do agree that there is a global civil war happening right now between the NWO depopulation loving left and the populist right's Team Humanity.

    Commenting about the VP pick having lived here in North Carolina for now almost 55 years coming from New York by way of California and traveling around the world three times in between your comment about Cooper and that spell Cooper like in chicken coop that is how he pronounces his name had a very legitimate concern to withdraw from the VP race and I personally called his office about it because we had a huge concern and the snafu that Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson created and is still creating some problems and who does not need to be the next governor for sure. And it's a shame that North Carolina does not have a requirement in the Constitution to require Governor lieutenant governor to be on the same ticket as we did in New York and as we do with the federal level and also I think Kentucky does very dangerous to have your two top people being opposite parties and the horses pulling in opposite directions! North Carolina is as red as Kentucky and Bashir has been successful to get reelected as well as Cooper now has never even lost a race having won a state senate seat age and then of course being the governor for the last 8 years it was a more narrow margin in 2020 but he is very popular otherwise. Age might have been a consideration but not as big as making sure he protects North Carolina from Republican overbearance by the lieutenant governor who will take any advantage to spew his reprehensible verbal garbage. beshears I think is the best. We need to keep Mark Kelly it is from Arizona in the US Senate. Beshears has a lot to say about Vance who claims to be from Appalachia runs along the borders between Eastern Kentucky and Ohio. He's Brave bold and daring and he's not afraid to say what he needs to say he is popular in Kentucky despite the state being almost controlled by Mitch McConnell and we Democrats have tried desperately to get rid of him supporting Lieutenant Colonel Amy McGrath to run against him and before that Secretary of State Alison Grimes. And when I telephone banked into that for McGrath's campaign who was such an outstanding candidate , Republicans and one in particular with whom I spoke was so oblivious okay just like those Maga women in Wisconsin recently interviewed by a Wisconsin reporter we're so ignorant admittedly saying they didn't know anything about Kamala get calling her an idiot. When they were the ones who were the idiots. Also your comment about someone writing a book about Kamala and her East Indian connection making a bogus argument criticizing her for calling herself Indian rather than acknowledging her Jamaican roots which is a multinational multi-ethnic country BTW is nonsense. As I have said I am a world traveler have had multitude contacts with many International and multi-ethnic groups growing up with many different ones close interpersonal relationships different foreign Nationals in this country. I come from a line of descendants for Religious Freedom, voting rights for women and multitude of issues for women and other people Karma and the protection of children especially and prison reform my educational background spans the Waterfront of subject matters which I was trained to teach family and consumer Sciences along with jumping into the political Fray running for congress twice in state senate twice and did get elected to a nonpartisan office on the county Board of of Supervisors for the Soil and Water conservation District and I've also founded several non-profit 501 3 C corporations along with other professional duties and experiences including raising one son who kept me grounded an 11 years as a social worker which taught me how to let go of judgment all in all made me a very Discerning person and to be thoughtful and careful how I assess any situation especially the current political climate of which I have been very involved even since running for office including being a Precinct chair for 12 years and president of the county chapter Democratic women I used to be a republican ran on the Republican ticket for state senate in 1990 while still trying to hold on to the messages of the few Progressive principles I'm getting good support from Republican pro-choice and Pro Era women. I grew up in Republican family I like Ike genre but became a Democrat when I went to California I went back to being a republican briefly to run for the state senate. All in all it's important to remain flexible adaptable open and be well-informed Karma educated and get the facts as best as I can. However all that being said, one's understanding what the facts are could be easily colored by one's perception based on one's personal experience renders facts not so factual this is the first I have heard your podcast I'm covering the Venezuela matter. Yes we have known for decades the CIA has always been attempting to overthrow other governments and I learned that light toward the end of my undergraduate years at Cornell when the CIA came to campus to recruit and students protested vehemently and vociferously and took over the Student Union building the cia's recruitment efforts paid well my acronym for what CIA is has been now for many years compassion in action python a very different prong, and emphasis and direction. I thought the CIA had stopped doing that because of so much criticism but now perhaps they're more clandestine about it. We can never be vigilant enough. the trouble is most Americans do not have time energy resources and passion which is really the critical element to Monitor and become involved to address these conflicting issues that need to be resolved.
