    Nice 👍 Try using breakfast sausage skins, I found the bigger sausages took too long to cook the pork and the paua went chewy,
    The thinner breakfast ones cooked evenly and you get heaps more from a brew

      Not one of my favourites. But normally smoke it with brown sugar, honey and salt as a brine. Cheers
