In Malay and some other languages, there is a word for "m'hour". as in, there are distinct words for "us including the listener" (Kita) and "us not including the listener" (kami).
I'm in a similar boat. So I did a sleep study, had the worst sleep I can remember (electrodes and such), and the report to my doctor said "No signs of apnea; possible insomnia". **Facepalm**
I find it super funny to literally just watch last episode bc I had nothing else to watch last night and I remember that this podcast existed, to literally see this episode just scrolling. The email list is working.
man the energy in this was awesome please Mr Myke don't force yourself to wake up do early when you go to bed af these ungodly Hours or rather don't make yourself Wake up at ungodly Hours if you go to bed at late times 6h of sleep is not enough by any standard!
Actually what Myke is describing sounds similar to DSPD which is a lot like being constantly socially jet lagged so on days you get to sleep you tend to sleep for 10-12 hours. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delayed_sleep_phase_disorder

Genuinely trying to work out how 8 alarms a day, set 10 minutes apart, results in 240 alarm clock app activations in a week. I think I missed something.
50:30 I'm currently here and it doesn't work all that great. I'll sleep 9-10 hr/night (sometimes more) if left to do so. Compare that with someone sleeping 7 hours a night and that's an average of 17 hr/week, or _an entire waking day_ that I simply do not have access to. My week is literally the equivalent of 6 days to other people's 7. The sense of "time pressure" - never having enough time for things, or needing to drop things to keep pace - is very real.
lmao, just 18 unread messages in a groupchat and thats too much for you, myke? and just 3 for grey? pshh, what weak sauce. im in like 12 different groupchats with most of them over 10 members, and i often come back to hundreds of unread messages
I get complaining about someone not wearing a mask in an enclosed setting (public transit), but there really is demonstrably no benefit to wearing one in a large open-air environment.
My body is ready for grey’s HDR rant. Someday.
Is the background shifted to the left 1 pixel or is my computer hating on me again?
Yeah haha hadnt noticed, think all of them are tho, the blank line is suppost to be there.
When Grey is grumpy that he had to talk to humans and he has no evidence of the terror of his social interactions.
I'm with Myke all the way when it comes to waking up. Mornings are pain.
nah
the problem it not beeing able to sleep
that shit sux
also having to wake up sux too
agree with the agreement
In the Polish language, there are common phrases for Good Day, Good Evening, and Good Night, but no one says Good Morning.

that is a very useful feature
I’m in highschool right trying to learn Malay and it’s hard remembering all the extra stuff like this
very good, fine and relaxed towards the end
Myke needs to do a sleep study to make sure he is sleeping ok. If he isn't sleeping well, his body maybe compensating with just more.

@@ACuriousTanuki Yup, if it isn't sleep apnea, the next stop is a psychologist to if the insomnia can be treated in some way.
nothing makes me more happy then when i find software or a program that works exactly as i intended

curly brackets/braces: {}

@@gg1k square brackets is what I call [these] ones. I never knew what the {wavy} ones were called. The name curly braces works for me.

Grey came up with the theme system years ago as his alternative to New Years goals.
