Nice. I've had a Svella deck for awhile now and have loved it. Interestingly enough though you can ignore timing restrictions on spells you cast with her ability. So while flash is great, it is not totally necessary.
"Enchanted creature can attack as though it had haste. {0}: Untap enchanted creature. Activate only during your turn and only once each turn." So it can attack, but not tap.

Very true, I focused on flash just incase your commander gets killed, you can still play at instant speed for the most part.

Instill Energy does not grant haste

So it can attack, but not tap.

Unfortunate for those of us that wish to use Svella's activated ability on the same turn she is cast.
