There was an interview of the architect in the video released yesterday (Jan 18,2019). They did buy the house, but factories for industrial purposes are not allowed to be transformed into private dwellings since they did not purchase the land. They were aware of this, but still like this utopian idea of shared community, so they asked a real estate agency to invest in it. Therefore the construction is now for commercial exhibitions

They probably shot this footage when everything was still true, and later simply felt that dumping it would be a waste, so they published it hoping no one in RUclips audience would care to check.

cslxxwilliam 这就是取舍问题咯，视频中看到的，很明显就是单层玻璃，本身就不是保温的。要投入多少能耗来保持室内湿度温度？当然如果说不在乎钱的话那我没话说。1500平米全部靠用电控温，电费很可观。
