I love this home. They designed it well with many expensive upgrades. This house is very luxurious.

You’re an excellent salesperson, and I truly appreciate the flow of the home-it’s fantastic. However, the finishes are not quite aligned with what buyers typically desire . IMHO 😀
@@Southpaw07 thank you for watching. The buyer of this home signed contract early during construction so they chose all the interior finishes.
74 degrees for AC would insanely expensive. My electric bill in the summer is about 250-300 and I leave my AC on 77-80.
@@genew5758 not when we have a home with spray foam and blower door tested to 1.3 ACH. This house is so tight we actually have to bring in fresh air.
