- In this video, I share guidelines on how to access the Akashic Records.
The easiest way possible (according to me ;).
Each one of us can connect with this higher understanding and get to know what are ours: divine gifts, how to stop negative karmic patterns, solve blockages, find soul path, find peace 💙
Akashic Records are one of the ways to connect with Source, with your Soul, with your guides. There are others and in this video, I share what helps me in connecting to the Akashic Field.

sometimes mushrooms can help, though it might be difficult then to distinguish between information coming from the divine vs your ego or some unresolved issues that are resurfacing in order to be healed. propably depends on the dose :)

Hi! you welcome :) regarding the questions:
1. diet might affect ability to connect with the Akashic Records. your overall wellbeing affects how receptive you are. when we take care of our body and we feel good then it is easier to connect with the Akashic Records. e.g. if you don't eat enough and you feel hungry it might be difficult for you to relax your body and connect with the divine. on reverse - if you ate too much and your blood sugar went waaaay to high it might be difficult for you to wind down and concentrate.
when it goes to specific foods it is hard to tell - each one of us is different and what is most important is that you feel good, nourished and then it will be easier to connect. so the best is to experiment on yourself.
recently I've heard about possible negative effect of coffee. that when a person drinks it, hers or his brain waves becomes hyperactive, and it might be better not to drink before any channelling. I checked it on myslef and for me it is truth. however when I talk with my students this is not true for all of them. some for e.g. feel so asleep in the morning they need to drink in order to hear anything from the Records. so I believe that even for coffee it depends :)
and for question
2) it depends :) some people see pictures or symbols. some hear words, songs or noises. some people just know something. some wisdom appears to them. some other feel things in their body. others need to grab a pen and start writing (automatic writing) or drawing.
so there are different channels and also this channels might change with time.
at the beggining I was more feeling (e.g. warmth in my head, like somebody would hug me from the back); then I started doing automatic writing and after some time I started seeing visions. Now I sometimes feel something in body or also hear something.
rather then concentrating on a given channel through which we want to gain information I would recommend going into receptive mode and being open for all information that are coming up :) sometimes we might be very suprised how the information will come to us!

@@lgo4961 from my experience not :) i was frutarian and I even got in the Akashic Records information I should eat chicekn soup :) HOWEVER it depends a lot on a given person. every one of us is different and for some people being vegeterian might help in connecting with the divine. the best is to try it on yourself :)

Cool! So how do you know if the information you are apparently getting from the source you think it comes from is from the actual Akashic records and is not another figment of your own imagination? Remember that the complete trip is being induced by your own imagination through autosuggestion. Cheers.
Hi! Thanks for sharing. The information from the Akashic Records can come through imagination - it is a medium through which our guardians are connecting with us. Other mediums are by hearing or feeling something.
What is helping to distinguish what is coming from the Akashic Records vs what is autosuggestion is the sign that you are asking for after you are saying a prayer. After you have your sign and you are sure you are in the Akashic Records you TRUST to what you see. TRUST is very important in that process 🙂 hope this helps! Good luck!
