I Love my XM38 though I wish I went for the XM50, but Oh for a proper rangefinder... the one in the scope is frankly rubbish. It is clear that the software writers do not shoot. I do both.. Massive issues with the phone app on andriod. No viewfinder operation and very nervous to let it update my software in case it bricks my scope. I shoot at x4 with a PIP of x8. the x16 is useless; too noisy. Shame there is no trade up deal to upgrade my XM38 as trying to sell it privately, well, would you part with close to 3 grand with no warranty or come back?. Other than the above, thermal scopes.. simply the best.

Yes, you’re right there’s a gun shop just down the road from me. but if you’ve had a criminal record of violence or anything like that you ain’t getting a gun, the main ones are shotguns. I can remember working I’m a carpenter and it was the day the law came out about handguns because of what happened in the shopping centre, which I know was a psychological operation meaning when put to the vote people then didn’t want guns around because they hit you with fear. Fear controls the masses. Anyway, the guy I was working for loved his guns. He wasn’t some idiot. He knew his guns and it was his sport, to go down the hand gun shooting range, he was absolutely gutted he said they’ve taken part of my life away from me. It doesn’t matter if you ban these things, there is always the black market and that has been proven time and time again that it doesn’t work, Drugs, alcohol in America with the prohibition, in fact, people started drinking more, and dying more because the quality wasn’t there. If you bought a handgun black market, you have no idea of its past, and if it has been serviced regularly and looked after because if you shoot it it can blow your hand off, or at least your fingers. I don’t know if people really died in that shopping centre. But if they did you can bet it wasn’t just some lunatic gone wild, have you heard another story of someone going nuts with a gun in a shopping centre or school in England no, but there are still guns because what they done was enough. This is why in America they keep saying about school shootings and I’ve done so much research that they are fake. They want to D arm America because they don’t want them fighting back with automatic weapons, or they keep naming the automatic rifle I can’t remember its name. They want to take away the amendment for every American to own a gun, and what better way to do it, by making people think children are being killed. Look up the Sandy Hook shooting, the man who apparently his five-year-old daughter had been cut in half by a machine gun when he went to the microphone, there was no tears and he was smiling just before he got to it. I would love to own a rifle not to kill but to go to a range. I don’t know if you can do it over here for the day, for example where you don’t own a gun.
I don't think carry permits ever will be allowed in Europe, the american gun violence rightly deters. More guns to reduce gun violence won't work, never has.

And in the uk you must have secure gun safes , you absolutely cannot carry
