Hey man, great video. I'm new to redfish fishing in spi, still getting familiar with the correct rigs to catch em. How do you rig shrimp like that? With a split shot weight? I've only tried the dropper rig in the jetties. I like the idea of actively casting instead of just sitting and waiting haha
Bro I saw what looked like reds in literally that exact same spot on Sunday just cruising the top of the deep water like that but they never ate anything I threw at them! Top water, paddletails, gulp swimming mullet, nada. Only thing I didn’t try was a gulp shrimp because I had none.
Ahh okay. I’m glad you guys are safe. It got really bad out there. Good she wasn’t shook up and continues to fish. Just be careful out there. I didn’t record since my cameras where out away. But I was just happy to be of service, I’ve been in that situation before in harsher winds. It’s on my channel, just look for the one where the game warden saved me. So I was more than happy to assist u guys now that I was able too!
