Mam, postpartum is a wide zone and I don’t think I am the right person to guide, as each body is different and what worked for me may not work for you! I am far from being fit to be honest. Two things I do follow is eating right and doing some exercise (walking/dancing). I have to thank my genes for looking this way,really. I am sure you will figure out what will work best for you, love and hugs ❤️🤗
