Thanks for the great overview & useful info guys. I got the first WFO long arm that Arabia’s Overkill installed on my 392 a few months back. I’m loving it! I went with the Fox 3.0 internal bypass front & rear and the ride is shockingly better than stock. It’s first real test will be winter fun fest in a few weeks 🤘🏻
Wow! What a build…Awesome. Didn’t know the Tazer update offers a 2WD option but totally agree with your opinion on the AWD especially living in Michigan. (2WD + MT tires + Snow / Ice + 470hp = Super Sketchy)
You and your man at your shop and do great work and it's nice to see that people take pride in their work have a wonderful New Year Trevor and God bless
nice unit, your suspension components are built so stout, they and the axles will outlast the rest of that jeep, nice video, here in Canada guys are paying 20-25k markup on these and they are selling them
Great build. Awesome look. But those aren't 40's. 39's are actually 38's. That said, I still like the look. I do have a question, that may not get answered, but I'll put it out there. Why do your brackets put the rear lower control arm so low? Is there a patent issue that prevents you from designing it tucked up more like the competition? I really like your product, but won't pull the trigger due to that low hanging bracket for the rear.
Great video! Why the RCV front axle shaft matter when it comes to drive with the hubs lock? Couldn't he do it with the shafts that came with the UD60? Thanks
Im gonna guess after the $90k+ price tag, $18k axles, $10k additional mods... probably close to $150k after all is said and done. Amazing build but I want to see this baby in action...
So the long arms..... the length of the upper arms and lower arms are pretty different in the front and their mounting points are in pretty different plains.... how does that affect the pinion angle on full stuff & full droop? The artec, genright, Rock Krawler long arm kits (not for the 392) all have very similar arm lengths and the frame side mounts are right on top of each other, which is intentional to keep the axle from rotating as the suspension cycles... This long arm kit seems to sacrifice that geometry, is that due to the 392 size and mounting?
The location of our long arm front brackets are the same on all JL's. We feel the placement and Geometry is the best case scenario we could come up with. It is very close to factory specs, just longer. From the factory, the uppers are 83% the length of the lowers. On our kit, they are 84.6% the length of the upper. With the exhaust in the way on 6 cylinder and 4 cylinder, we feel this is a great ratio. Yes, the caster will slightly change on full travel, but this is exactly how it was stock.
I have a 2018 jeep Sahara JL 2.0 turbo I picked up 2021 Jeep gladiator Fox suspension 2.0 will it on my Jeep Sahara? if not please explain and if there’s a way I can reach out to you a number of something
Are you folks located in Sacramento California? I’m looking for a shop I just ordered a 392 and will be here within two months and I normally build my own Jeeps but I’ve never had long arm kit and I’d like to do something similar, I am in Sonoma County, I can’t find a decent shop around here I’d like to do something similar to your build I like my Jeep so little bit taller because to get to a cabin across a River more than a few times a month I like the height I’m wondering if your kids would go with 4 1/2 inch springs? It’s funny my Jeep I have now is set up very similar to yours but never had long arms it can you give me your shops phone number? If you’re in Northern California
To be that Guy that can say… I don’t care what it Costs… Here’s what I want ! ….Awesome Awesome Clean build … 👍

Glad to hear! Make sure to tag us or send us some pics/video when you take it out.
That’s a super nice build. Eliminating the huge muffler is one of the best things.
Agree. Looking into skids for mine but eliminating would be even better.
Such a well thought out build. Surprised there were not some more external lights but they may have been hidden for a cleaner look.

Dang it guy, you are killing me with this build !! I’ve got to figure out how to get one and get it built by y’all. Crazy crazy crazy awesome rig!!!
You and your man at your shop and do great work and it's nice to see that people take pride in their work have a wonderful New Year Trevor and God bless
That's one hell of a nice Jeep!
The only thing this thing needs is some beers in that ARB cooler. :) Amazing rig.
Old school fool here. Sign of the times , if my kids were still little l’d rock this crew bus … sheesh
That's a solid piece of hardware right there!
Thats such a bad ass build!!
Those Johnny joints are going to melt for sure.
yeah i was thinking the same... might need to use heims and just swap them out periodically
I Love jeep 392 very good

the km3 39's actually measure around 37.8" unmounted making them measure even smaller mounted. Definitely not 40s!

Killer!!!!
Do you have a long arm kit & skid solution for a diesel gladiator?
You just don't look right without your Santa suit! LOL
Awesome build 👍
Yep, that'd do it.
How big of a tire can really be put on that wheel, cause I'm interested in 40s,or 42s
This one will be dubbed the baller crawler! Beautiful. Damn shame the globalists at stellantis are going to abolish all this big hemi stuff. :(
What does a build like this cost parts and labor excluding wheels and tires? 25k?
Are the dealers giving customers problems when warranty work needs to be done after a lift/programmer and tires?
Badass!!
nice muffler mod, how does it sound compared to the stock open muffler?
Tire pressure gauge... or “You can putcher weeed in it”
Awesome job as usual!! How is the body roll/ bump steer on this set up?
How much cash for that build?
Cost for all these great mods? and yes if I have to ask I can't afford it.

@WFO does the awd transfer case still have the 4.1 4 low?
2.72
Hi, what gear ratio do the Dana 60s have ? Thank you
I see you said 5.38 gears. Are you happy with them or wish you went with 4.88?
Awesome but if paying y’all to build, then will need tent area to sleep until finished so can make sure nobody does burn outs or joy rides in my 392.

Nobody wants those. America's Most Wanted for the win
Be nice to see what it does off road. All this stuff is unnecessarg on the highway and donuts are a thing of the past.
Hopefully he will send in some shots of it the trail this spring.
