The president is above some laws. He has the power to pardon limited only in that he cannot prevent impeachment. He can also pardon himself. Also as the constitutional prosecutor he ha prosecutorial discretion and power to grant immunity. He cannot be prosecuted for a federal crime wile in office because he is the constitutional prosecutor and would have to either prosecute himself or delegate that power to someone else. Stares cannot prosecutor a current president be cause the constitution granting him powers and duties is the supreme law of the land and supersedes any state law which would interfere with those duties.

He could not speak at all as a young child, and when he was able to speak he spoke this way; it's quite common for the autescent, so perhaps that's why.

I Don't care about his accent. It's his integrity, his ideas, and shinning a light, on those who promoted, accountability, paid the supreme sacrifice for justice and modern democracy. A true rarretety.

He’s lived in London for 55 years. How do you expect him to sound? Like crocodile dundee? What a trivial and mindless complaint.
