At 14:40 for future reference, at least at GWD1, you can click the Sand Timer on the Instance Timer to add more time. Quicker and Easier than leaving the room.
You know to for instances you can right click the hour glass and extend your timer right? Saves you from using the altar to teleport out and start a new instance.
Were you allowed to use Poison Purge for K'ril? I don't need to look at the screen with supreme poison purge lasting for an hour when afk with Necro with 80 weapons 70 tank
It's on a short break while Mod Ryan is working on the new combat beta, hoping that the changes he's working on bring a bit more balance between the styles so I can continue without feeling the need to restrict necromancy usage in some way.
I feel if they rebalance the other styles and make it so that the other three are equally as strong as Necromancy, it won't really change your kill speed, idk? Great video as always!
It won't, but having the variety and constant changing strength levels of all 3/4 styles was part of the idea of this series. So as long as there all at a similar level (there's always 1 best style in a game of numbers) then I can work with that.
Ah yes running low on food while theres like 9 pieces of food on the floor lol, never need food at k'ril or kree because they drop so much food themselves + minions (only if you have high enough dps I guess) and thats without even necro ghost.
Yeah I wasn't looking at the loot frame when I said that, seems to be the case for a lot of these midgame bosses that they drop so much food that you never run out.
So is necro just gonna replace the other styles at this rate? less effort for more damage and sustain to boot? I mean I get that power creep is inevitable but still...
it might do, but as long as there's a good few challenges that "style-lock" him, i think it should be okay. i don't want it to be just necro, but there should be ways around that for this series
That's why I'm waiting out the combat changes, Mod Ryan has been working on bringing the other styles up to Necro's level from a core systems perspective. As long as everything is on a similar playing field then I'll be happy, but right now it really would be "path of the necromancer" unless I banned the style :/
just a little mention, no idea if you knew this or not yet but if you take the lantern off it despawns the conjures you have out, you can use this to re conjure them at a more convenient time if they are really low on timer but the boss will spawn before they despawn it's a nice little option to have

could also bring a 2nd yak to renew your yak so it doesn't die and drop your stuff.
