    Superb work!
    I hadn’t seen your video notifications. I was watching Storm of Steel and his Chindits wargame and thought of you.
    Also, a friend suggested using Jute rope cut up and dyed for homemade static grass.

    How do you avoid a deformation of the cardboard after painting it?
    I use Polystyrene on a wooden base, and even then i have some bases where the tips bend upwards after the color and the putty dried.
    Makes me nuts everytime it happens 🤪

      Glue pieces of paper over the edges or seal them with glue gun, then spray on primer.

      That could be a solution. Until now I used to prime with a brush.
