- When it comes to shooters the Ps1 has a pretty healthy library, Technosoft, Cave, the list goes on and on! To be completely honest the Ps1 doesn't come close to systems like the Saturn and 360 but its decent, the good games are really good but the bad games just aren't that memorable, anyway I'd like to know of any other obscure shooters out there so if you know of any drop a comment!

I want a remaster of Einhander
UAE 4 All will sort you out for Amiga...project X is good for sure but as others here have noted Apidya is awesome...just search for Apidya and the stage 1 music will make you want it pretty quick
2 years later and 2 of the 3 are still cheap! Definitely picking up both. Great video :)
Before I turned my OG Xbox into a 13,000 game machine- it came w stock Coinops w PS1 shmups that caught my eye. Finally decided to get physical PAL version of X2 year later, such a cool, underrated game. And unlike Zanac X Zanac, Gaia Seed, Raystorm/Crisis, etc. was pretty affordable. Emulating Project X is easy for Amiga, fun Gradius powerup system but Hard like sequel. (X for Gameboy is an awesome retro game btw, but no relation!). These other 2 I have yet to try though, great vid!
I can't wait till March or April when R Type comes out for PlayStation 5 👍
I saw that, thats the type of game to force me to buy a ps5, is it getting a steam port?
I recognize the characters in Bokanto Ippatsu from Tatsunoko vs. Capcom! lol
Interesting!!! I have that on the Wii, never made the connection between the two before, might have to dust off my Wii today and check it out!
Thank you for the info bro, I've been mostly collecting Japanese ps1 fighting games lately, I'm looking to start collecting some shoot em ups.
Nice one mate. Added to the list 👍
X2 has a PAL release (cheap also). The other two I didn't know about!
Does it play at 50hz?
@@blake6615 how do you mean? I thought all pal ps1 games are 50Hz with some having a 60Hz mode if your tv supports it
I saw pal X2 cover art posted online, I found someone on ebay selling X2 plastics game dividers that were used at toys-r-us! I think I added then to the video, pretty cool peice of Gaming history, or non history 🤣
I'm assuming you need a PAL ps2 to do it, can you do it with a modbo mod? I know they unlock the system to its region free and you can play backups
@@TheDannylarson I don't tend to think about this anymore as i have a region free ps2
Playing shing force and thinder force 3
Thunder force 3 is awesome, 3 & 4 are ny favorites, 5 on the ps2 is decent, it was a creepy end boss baby thing
@@TheDannylarson thunder force 4 would be a reason to buy the genesis mini 2…
qual os nomes desses jogos???
How do you spell the first game you showed in your video? Im gonna check it out in my emulator
bokanto ippatsu doronbo, their's 3 time bokan games on ps1 & saturn, check out thr other ones too but bokanto ippatsu doronbo is my favorite! I play most of my ps1 games on a steamdeck these days, man I love that thing!
