    My question is, any room in the trunk with the top down? Or is there room with the top up?
    Probably didn't last long on your lot, but still curious if there is room for some luggage. or even golf clubs...lol.

    Would have to be stored in vacuum for that engine compartment , door jams and trunk to look like that after all these years. My classic cars engines looked like that as well, but after sitting fir just 6 years, the under hood looked like any other old car. That car had some kind of do over. Just keeping it real

      The doors should sound like bank vaults.
      Something is wrong with those doors.
      He said the doors sound good, I don't even think they're lined up properly.

    No Air Conditioner in a car of this caliber? A shame! Otherwise incredible.

    Fantastic car, but are you sure it's a '66 TBird ? The '66 Thunderbird I didn't think have rear side windows 🤔

    • @gregt8638
      @gregt8638 7 месяцев назад +1

      Only the "Town hardtop" and "Town Landau" models with the formal roofline did not have side back seat windows.( which was the new style for '66 ). But they also offered the regular hardtop and convertible models that year, which still had the rear side windows and looked similar in side view to the '64 and '65 models.

      @@gregt8638 Ah, ok thanks 😊 my sister and brother in law bought a brand new '66 Thunderbird that had no rear side window but it did have the landau roof, beautiful car all shiny and bright. Mom and dad were Pontiac people 🤗

    Gorgeous car but I’ve been told over the years that an old car with low miles are going to have gaskets and such dry out, which makes sense.

    This car is NOT all original. It has been repainted, the entire engine compartment has been redone and many of the reproduction decals are incorrect. The factory hood insulation has been replaced with reproduction pieces which differ from the originals. Incorrect finish on many parts like the hood latch, the hood hinges etc... I could go on and on, but I won't. It is a very nicely RESTORED 1966 Thunderbird. It is NOT an all original survivor with factory paint. If it was, I would buy it in second.
