SEFTONS WORLD CLASS CYCLE LANE ON THE MERSEY OCT 24

So we are at the world class shred use cycle lane near Waterloo/Blundlesands in Sefton next to the IRON MEN STATUES and as can be see there is a bit of wind blown sand on the path, never removed, the signage is still there for a shared use path, some hope of cycling on it..
Local nimbyism stopped an inland shared use route being built, this year,and sefton have not cleared the path of sand.

It's discussing up there now. I wouldn't take my bike anywhere near that sand it gets into the bearings, and your bike is ruined they used to clean it each day with a small bulldozer but not any more disgraceful thanks for sharing take care
