Hunt - Restore - Cook - Eat

Not every hunt produces large animals or animals at all quite often. When the hounds catch something small and too damaged to return to the wild how do we best honour the animals life? We give it the quickest death possible and use every part of its body to feed ourselves and our dogs. I make delicious kebabs with the most tender wild pork after restoring an old disregarded BBQ.
