If you have an older Samsonite hardcase luggage, the reset won’t be a lever but instead a little read button that you need to push from A to B

Both end locks, no, NOT the TSA lock, are stuck open and no longer close. The small lock/unlock buttons both slide but they both feel like they're catching on something. I cannot see a button or lever to release them. They feel fragile and I don't want to break them. Is there a trick I'm missing? Spray WD40 or graphite powder all over the buttons and the hinge areas?

Great video, thank you! It's a silly thing, because you can clearly hear a click when you pass over each correct number on the lock 😆

Completely agree because this the worst Lock that I've seen, completely crap lock but i have find the way to prevent the click sound.
First open the locker and open the red plastic down to reset the locker, You'll see a spring on the right side that this was hidden behind, with care remove the spring with an object and cut the a little bit of the spring and put it back where it was removed, then if you still can hear the click when you find the combination cut a little more and put it back, now to unlock you have You gotta put the wheels upside-down and give a slap with your hand on top of the lock, done no more click, now the numbers run easy, just to let you know if you forget the combination it's going to be harder to figure out and you'll probably have to destroy the lock and buy another Lock online!
Regards the TSA007 I just order one key online and I'm going to find out how to disable without destroying because where I live there is no need TSA.
If you put the suitcase with the wheels on the floor, even with the correct number, it does not open🤣

No. TSA has universal key's but it's not for the consumer

It’s the keyhole for TSA to open the suitcase with their master key.

Bro i have changed the lock as mentioned and pulled the lever to off and closed the lock. After closing, the number lock system is fixed and the lock and not moving. Like if the lock is 271, after closing the trolley, i cant change it to 000 and it is stuck at 271 only

The code was set to 000 in my brand new Samsonite. The case opened, but the red lever would not move. I had to force the red lever open and a small piece of plastic in the red lever broke off (the piece is visible through the slit in the lever). I suppose I wasn't supposed to do that. Everything works fine now, but the red lever is definitely partially broken now. Crappy design.
