for all of you guys telling its a bad idea, the business has gone to over 10x in just few months time.
Piyush appears to be a wealthy individual who simply wants to experiment with people through his investments.
If peyush can manage to improve and sell the businees at 10 crores, that is better than the 6.25 crores valuation she will get. And if he does most of the work, he will need a higher stake in the business. Although she could have gone to look for other investors, I don't think it was a bad deal for both of them.

I started watching Shark Tank India recently but these episodes put me off and I don't feel like watching shark tank anymore. This is cruel. How can they even ask for 50% equity in her company? Her chachi invested in her company when its valuation was zero, so she definitely deserves equity. Maybe these Sharks are successful businessmen/women but they are inhumane. Thank you sony for airing these episodes. Now we know the real face of these guys.
