    It's actually 303 years old but after the big fire of 1792, they restored the roof completely. It is now used a the tourist centre.

    Har aldrig hört talas om Lövmarknad, så tack för informationen. :D Marknaden liknar som man annars firar 1:a maj på torget.

    I'm wondering that too - and I'm Swedish. I often see it on different "trendy" shirts, converses and so on. And it always makes me laugh a little inside. The US flag is sure good-looking but.. come on. Well, it's most likely from the impact the American media has in Sweden and other parts of Europe, but I can say I wouldn't wear a big flag on my chest because of that, it's a little weird how a country can have such a big impact on another :p

    I should totally try that one day. Pick a random market. Tell them to to name the market after me.... I don't think it'll go that smoothly. :P Nice to learn a bit more about Swedish customs and traditions! You make an exellent spokesperson. :)

    And we got some Canada hoodies here i Sweden, and that is even more weird since.. well.. since it's not the US and Canada doesn't really have that media impact as they've got, but I guess it's North America and that's enough.

    I would love to know the story of why US flag items are sold in Sweden. What made me laugh even more was the US flag and on top of it 'Donuts'. Oh yeah. Never eaten a stroopwafel. Every time it's mentioned I want one.

    Why are you telling me this?

  • @Notmyday2day
    @Notmyday2day 12 лет назад

    It's just a fashion thing. People that live in the US dont wear it just to show their love to America.

    Funny, because in America many only remember 2-3 seconds of a song

    The only shirt I have that has any country is my Canuck (Canadian) and Canada shirt. I could never wear a flag on myself, but texts isn't a flag. I'm a Californian, and yes I own Canadian shirts. I love 'em. xD I don't get the whole wearing a US flag thing. I live here and I don't like the flag.

    1:39, jobbigaste ljudet ever, hörs på alla svenska marknader..
    1:39, most annoying sound ever, you can hear it at any swedish marketplace..
