In 2022 Erik went through chemo and then had a bone marrow transplant. Seven months later he started with Skid Row. Finding that the touring was not helping him care for his heath, he left them. Spending more time with RUclips and writing. So love your reactions!

What a Saturday Dan day today, it was fun.
"Breaking the Silence" once sung by Erik Grönwall with the band H.E.A.T. back in 2012. In August 2022, this epic cover was created with these two wonderful singers and of course with Victor The guitar nerd. A fantastic collaboration between Dan, Erik and Victor, it couldn't be better.
After Erik left the band Skid Row earlier this year for health reasons, he is trying to get started with solo covers or with other singers.
His background in the videos is very similar to Dan's.

I was hoping Dan is just taking a well deserved break in celebration of reaching his goal of 1M. I can’t imagine the whirlwind he must be experiencing. He’s worked so very hard and certainly deserves to sit back and just enjoy his fruits of his labor for a bit. But hopefully not too long of a break! Lol
