Oh, goody, these will help. And remember, folks, to force yourself to sit straight up in your chair. Our office chairs have become so comfy, we might as well stay in bed. Lock the back rest into a straight-up position, only take it off this position if you want to relax, but not work. Have your wrists supported on a keyboard and if you work on a laptop (like me) do not lean on your wrists while typing. Most laptops have wrist rests, and it is easy to lean. Monitor at eye level, which means the centre of the monitor should align with your nose. There is lots of ergonomic material on the website. At first, you might feel a bit uncomfortable, that is fine as you force (mindful) your body in an upright position. Put a pillow at your lower back to help the first days, or get a chair with lumbar support. I went from a sloughing position to much more upright in three days, and you know what? It feels horrible sitting all squinched up.

In my late 60s and have become quite round shouldered, now I'm more mindful of my condition and hold my shoulders back pushing chest out holding head up.
I tried standing against a wall and pushing shoulders and back of head to the wall but found it too uncomfortable. I'll try your excercises. Thanks for this..
