The Italian ufologist Roberto Pinotti had written a book in the 1990s where he reached the same conclusions about Marian apparitions. But then in the following years he radically changed his mind. It would be worth an interview! He knows a lot of things especially about the Vatican and UFOs!

I've been thinking about this for the past couple days since the Vatican made this announcement. I'm just speculating here and have no way to prove any of this. This is just a hunch and nothing more, so please take this with a grain of salt. On the surface, this new guideline from the Vatican may not seem like it's directly linked to the UAP phenomenon, but it could be the Catholic Church's way of laying the groundwork for possible disclosure; not by some head of state, but by the Pope himself or at the very least the Vatican discussing UAP sightings on a more regular basis to help condition the population for future disclosure. Think about it. If this new guideline sets forth a rule that all so-called "supernatural" or "paranormal" activities have to get the stamp of approval from the Vatican and not a local bishop, then this would give sole authority to the Pope to make such announcements to the public. If sightings of apparitions of, say, Mary are actually UAP, then it would make more since for the Pope to disclose that to the public instead of a local bishop. Obviously, the Pope's disclosure would hold more weight and be more universally believed over a bishop from some remote part of the planet. Last time I checked, Christianity is still the most popular religion in the world, with Catholicism as the most followed form of Christianity. To me, having someone like the Pope disclose the reality of UAP / NHI existence would probably be more preferable and widely accepted (even by non-Catholics) than by some head of state making that paradigm-shifting announcement. It would likely be much more believable coming from the leader of the world's largest religion and, because it came from a religious leader, would help dispel the fear in the notion that the UAP / NHI phenomenon is related to "demonic / fallen angel" activity. Of course, it may very well turn out to be related to that . . . whatever that even means. Who knows? Anyway, just my two cents.

Well those are possible ways for sure. No one has a real solid definition of reality that pleases everyone. Seems there are tangible being such as us humans. However there also seems to be beings that are not tangible. They dont seem to be in any place but our conciousness and occasionally both. Are they really real? Its easy to discount them as there are here bit rhen they are not. They dont have an adrress we can send a letter too. We knew there were romans way back when but they are not here either.are different dementions in time and space real? Are some or all reachable threw conciousness? So far there iis no scientific evidence of even what conciousness is. At least non agreed apon. How is any of this proovable.

The thing about supernatural phenomena, is that in EVERY COUNTY, in every country of this world, there is literally a COLLECTION of extremely strange happenings that nobody can explain. In every village and town there are paranormal events- these run into numbers of MILLIONS when counted right across the globe. The paranormal world is VERY REAL and experienced by us only by glimpses, but most people in their lives will experience something they CANNOT EXPLAIN, and that means that the sheer number must run into the BILLIONS of experiences. That should make you think!

Research the apparition in Mexico during the 1500’s… Our Lady of Guadalupe. She appeared to a poor native man, Juan Diego, and gave him quite an amazing gift which still hangs in a Cathedral in Mexico City.

I want the Vatican to be subpoena to submit all of their archives. It should be public to the world. Why aren’t they being subpoenaed? Why aren’t they being forced to relinquish all of that information to the rest of the world so that we are just as informed as they are.
For that exact reason they don’t want the public to know the truth. The Vatican is a religious sect they want the masses to be steered in the wrong way. They probably put out the complete opposite of what those archives say.

You can't subpoena a country. The only way to have full access to the vatican archives is to conquer the country and seize the archive. And good luck with that. Napoleone Buonaparte and his army seized a good amount of documents when they conquered Rome, but I believe everything was returned to the Vatican after Napoleon's defeat.

Ross again is doing an excellent job with a difficult subject without taking sides. We should be grateful for having such a good and intrepid journalist grappling with issues that no other journalist would touch.
The real Marian apparitions are accompanied by physical anomalies that are reminiscent, but not equal to some UAP phenomena (more complicated). The question is how credible are the witness reports? And how long did the phenomena last? Can one exclude hallucinations and wishful thinking? Did people exaggerate?
In my opinion over-hyped Medjugorje does not meet the criteria, although the early ecstasies appear to be genuine, however there is no way proving that they were otherwordly. There are enough terrestrial and paranormal phenomena that due to materialistic scientism have never been properly researched.
Things become interesting when repeated anomalies appear, are observed and also touched by multiple observers over a longer period, so there is a kind of repeatability of the phenomena.
UAP-like phenomena and atmospheric anomalies were reported in Fatima (fifth and sixth apparition) and Garabandal (various flying “stars” above the village, the children being hit by light beams from objects in the skies etc.)
In Marian apparitions one has to distinguish between neurological, psychological and physical phenomena.
A hallucination may be commonplace, but not if it happens to four children at the same precise moment.
When neurological phenomena are accompanied by physical ones, and this is repeated over a longer period, one should pay attention. It is possible that a cataleptic state associated with an ecstasy results in the rigidity of muscles and limbs. But not, if the body affected becomes a stone statue in the sense that it cannot be moved or lifted when the muscle power of those attempting to move or lift the body exceeds the one needed to lift a child of 20 pounds by the factor of five or more.
If the child’s body takes on postures or makes movements that are physically impossible or would result in serious physical injury, which was observed again and again at close distance, you wonder.
When during the so-called ecstatic marches laws of conventional physics are repeatedly broken, when the body accelerates, stops or changes direction without any effect of inertia. When small stones are left untouched although the feet of the child in ecstasy just ran over them. When a they run backwards without seeing (head steeply tilted backwards) and without faltering, or move faster than an adult runner, things are getting strange, especially if gait does not match speed. When the body of the seer does not get wet during strong rain or its bare feet do not get dirty or hurt when running over a muddy lane littered with debris, animal droppings etc. and this is not due to misidentification, you wonder.
When adults or animals who touch the child the moment the ecstasy strikes, cannot separate themselves from the grip of a 12 year old child and a dragged along until the ecstasy stops, you wonder.
All those “observables” can identify other true apparitions, they are a key to false and genuine Marian apparitions.
When all thoughts of a considerable group of people are read instantly by the apparition and reacted to by sending a seer to the person having asked the question in their minds: Is this for real? When personal information is communicated to that person, some of which the person is not aware of and has to check on later, finding out it was true?
All this and much more happened to four girls during the apparitions in Garabandal in Northern Spain, 1961-1965. Because of the second message in 1965 that appears to be a more “diplomatic” version of the unpublished “forth” secret of Fatima, namely the demise of the papacy due to its own wickedness and disbelief, all the four girls had to leave their native village. Three of them emigrated to the US an the late 1960s, where they gained a lot of popularity in their time plus a lot of sensationalism, making research difficult. Due to a resurgence of interest in their native country more documents and audio recordings have surfaced, and it is certain that the local bishopric never properly research the apparitions, but tried to debunk them from day one. (Why the did it, is the 64 million dollar question, as there never was a theological reason for doing so). And even if they had investigated, the observed phenomena were too removed from known physics to be properly explained.
In the documentary Garabandal, unstoppable Waterfall (G. catarata imparable), many witnesses have been interviewed. Anyone with a minimum of discernment gauging people notices the witnessed are telling the truth.
And except for a couple of independent medical doctors at the time, those events were never properly researched. One of the doctors said: “It amounts to scientific cowardice to ignore what is happening here!” The head of the first episcopal commission recanted his own findings 20 years later without pressure from anyone, but it was too late, the damage had already been done. The apparitions are officially in limbo: Non constat de supranaturalitate which is the Catholic church’s neutral position.
For me personally those apparitions have proven that “Our Lady” has indeed visited this place, as She did in other places and that all the miracles of the Old and New Testament agnostics scoff at have really happened. The “operators” always appear to be the archangels, beings of unlimited power, real “aliens” in the non-religious sense.

My aunt has bipolar disorder and takes meds to regulate things. She went to Medugorje a few years ago BC (before covid) and she swears she was healed. The meds usually help her live on the day to day. While she was on her trip she says she was “healed” and thus stopped taking her meds. A couple weeks later she was all messed up and couldn’t take care of herself let alone help my uncle out who is blind. We had to check her in to the hospital for a week until she was more mentally stable. She’s still huge in her faith and is convinced she sees god / the holy spirit when she photographs the sun…because of the refraction of the lens that creates a blue dot in the pics 🤦🏻♂️ she’s since been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disorder. People like her are so vulnerable it’s a bit scary to see what they latch on to. I even make cannabis oil that I know will help with her PD but she’s against taking it despite it helping me with my own health issues

Interestingly, though, the Lady who appears in these experiences doesn't actually identify herself as the Blessed Virgin. When pressed by a priest at Fatima, the most she would say was, "I am the Immaculate Conception."
Fatima can easily be recast as a UAP close encounter, too. Or you could say it was a UAP encounter that got recast as a Marian miracle.

My priest theology professor in 1980 in seminary suggested that he felt there was no doubt in his mind that other civilizations probably exist who may not have the sinfull nature we have and if more advanced than we are would not want to contact us. As for a belief in Jesus. If their way of life is not of sinfull nature Jesus would not have been needed.

It's not about one thing. Basically the church is aware that if anyone can claim a vision or apparition of Mary to be true, then they can claim she had made a prophecy or given some kind of message. There are too many agendas and too many vulnerable people to let local communities decide what is a true apparition. So now only the church can declare an apparition as valid. People will always believe what they want, but it won't be sanctioned. As to uap's, they are purposely vague and not answering. Which is pretty much an answer itself.
