I'm an aspire digital artist. However a year an half ago I switched from Photoshop to Affinity Photo. I found that it has most of the bells and whistles of Photoshop, but there are some thing that Affinity photo had that Photoshop didn't. I love your work. Keep it up man!

I love watching this as it’s like when someone is painting you can see their state of mind. Both pictures are filled with hope and longing. Benny longs for a fantasy, hoping for something special and unique and a journey. Meanwhile Julius is longing for either someone to come into his life or give him hope or he’s just hoping for a better future with someone but he’s looking into the distant future for him to stop feeling lonely. That’s just my take.

I agree that Benny did a fantastic job with the shadows and highlights. For example the shadow on the girl matches the same lower luminance level of the rocks while the shadow on Julius’ girl was a tad brighter than his rocks and thus don’t match perfectly. Regardless, both pieces are amazing!!!
I loved both they're were freaking amazing, personally I'm more into fantasy and like said in the video, your highlighting and shadowing game is hella strong so that probably also swayed my overall opinion.
