Great Playthrough and nice win, right down to the wire! If anyone has any questions on the game I'm happy to answer them. Spent a lot of time on this one, I'm happy to see it played and cant wait for everyone to get their hands on it. Cheers all.
Yeah, both great in their own right! Cursed!? is so snappy & fun push-your-luck, while this one provides a decent amount of thinkiness and clever card management. 😁
@@tabletoptokki Exactly and you can play it in between, I love that a lot because a lot of games these days tie you down for the long term, this one is different and that's a good thing.
Nice play through Tia. Tbh, a lot of these tin mint games I think are gimmicks, and the tins should be left for tasty candy’s. And maybe an inflatable rubber ducky pool float in case you’re caught in a devastating flood unawares. This one I really like. A solid game, enough components and just the right amount of “thinky”. Now I just got to try not to eat it or mix it up with my other tin if I get caught in a flood. PS I think you were interested in “Dragons of Etchinstone”. If so, it’s coming to Gamefound next spring in a PVC printing akin to Palm Island. Later!
Ahaha, fair! And yeah, lotsa punch in this tin-- hope you can get a copy & try it for yourself soon! 😁 I LOVE Dragons of Etchinstone-- have the base game from The Game Crafter & anxiously anticipating what the new edition will bring to the table-- er, hand. 😉
@@tabletoptokki Whaaaaat. You have Dragons of Etchinstone, and no Solo Party? 🙀🙊🧑🚀 Ugh. I felt that one in the spleen. Or maybe it was the appendix. Kind of a jumble these days. You’re busy. Np 😉
@@StKnightis64 Haha, I just got it right before they announced the new edition, so I'd hate to make a whole-ass video and then just have it be outdated in less than a year. 🥲
I'm going to keep an eye on the Goblin Hour page for a pre-order of this. I recently got a copy of Dust Runner (Yay! I like Fury Road a lot) and I'm already craving more goodness in a tin. Gamma Guild's mechanics seem to do a good job of expressing the theming. I like feeling like I'm actually doing the thing a game tells me I'm doing within its actions. I usually get bored with mechanics that just have theming painted on, but I don't think we are looking at that here.
Hey there, Just wanted to say thanks for noticing that I tried with the theme on this one. Majority of the quest flavor text and traits revolve around the quest theme - for example there is a hostage quest that is a lower level the more turns that are left, so if you do it early enough it can be completed by just one member, while if you tackle it while your nearly out of turns its a higher level. The "I'm da strongest!" quest flavor text says it's just some mountain orc that wondered down into a village and wanted to prove they are the strongest around and will leave peacefully if proven otherwise, that one you must send only strength guild members. Anyhow cheers I'm working hard to get it up for crowd sale in the coming week or so.
Eyyy, congrats on the new addition to your collection & definitely agree with you there! It's crazy how much you really feel like you're sending out guild members to tackle various quests and trying to get everyone to play to their strengths! Lots of cool interactions between quests and their text/abilities too! :D
Love how much thought you put into this aspect of the game and how well it marries with the idea of creating unique puzzles and challenges that vary for each playthrough! Love the idea of the rat horde too, dwindling down as you complete more and more quests. 😁
looks like a lot of fun!
Yeah, absolutely! Another great title from Goblin Hour Games!!! ^^

Thanks, it was definitely a close one! Time well spent--2/2 on game designs so far & I absolutely can't wait to see any future designs!!! 🥳🎉
This looks great! Reminds me a bit of Witchcraft, trying to complete missions that sometimes feel justttt out of reach. Great win!
Yeah, definitely! And the playtime and ease of learning for this one is an A+++ 😁
Nice one, i play Cursed!? every day, but this new one seems even cooler, i'm very excited.

A whole ass video. Boy, that’s ripe for a punchline.
